In & Out Express Carwash

This was the second strike, we won’t be going for a third. Four employees, three taking care of their own vehicles. One left to take care of mine. Dirty towels that smear the dirt over the glass, and the body of the car. A distinct order left behind in the car, that is enough to gag anyone. It could be better, if they cared enough about their business to make it so. But, it’s not, and clearly they don’t. Skip this place, and try somewhere else.

This is a great place to get washed up. they don’t do amazing detail but definitely worth every penny. I herd this place is for sale by the owner and he doesn’t plan on upgrading anything anytime soon… he should offer better deals to bring in more clients

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. The reason for the two stars is they are EXTREMELY slow. We were there for over an hour and a half (I stopped counting). The workers had no system, everyone was just walking around with no purpose. Some of the employees were either talking on their phone or texting.
Our truck came out ok, but the driver side didn’t get dried and sat in the sun so long that it had water spots everywhere. The interior looked decent, but they missed some spots on the leather seats.
The only positive about this place is the sweet lady that works the register. She is running around helping where she can when she doesn’t have customers at the register. She is the hardest worker of all and keeps a smile on her face the whole time.

For the price for a basic car wash and hand towel dry, you can’t go wrong. Car was clean and dry. Can’t do it yourself for less. I can’t account for the quality of any add on features, but basic drive thru car wash is well worth it… as long as you can get past the outward appearance of the establishment.

Let me start by saying this is the only hand wash car wash place in Patterson, so it’s not like there’s a choice in where to go. I could do it myself but it’s hot in Patterson and the water leaves terrible spots and I’d rather just pay. For the price of what you get it’s not bad for 4.99 drive thru wash, but that’s all you should get, ever. I paid 20 $ and 10 $ tip for an inside outside car wash today and I can easily say it’s the worst interior cleaning I’ve ever seen. Everything was just wiped over with the dash cream to make everything shiny. All the dirt and soda spill spots are still there, they didn’t actually clean anything. Cup holders weren’t wiped out, door pockets weren’t cleaned, carpets were mostly clean but anything near an edge was completely missed, nothing between the chairs got cleaned and the window sills have two inches of dirt at each end where they somehow managed not to wipe. Now before I showed up for the wash I checked reviews and noticed someone had mentioned floor mats being stolen and as part of the wash service I was to get my floor mats cleaned, so this made me really sketched out already but I said whatever I can keep an eye out. Well halfway through the wash another employee opens my passenger door and asks for the floor mats, so I give him the front two and reach for the back two, now while this is going on another employee comes up and starts talking to him, I hand him the back two and then he says «What the fuck?» to his coworker and proceeds to put the back two back in my backseat and walk away without saying another word. I was shocked to say the least. But whatever, I guess, they weren’t that dirty. I’m a pretty passive person so I’ll just go back and fix everything they missed myself. I’ll never have them do the interior again, it’s a complete waste of time. I’m sure I’ll be back for the 4.99 special wash as again this is the only car wash in town.

Great work, polite staff and no drama. I had none of the previously mentioned problems. I’ll be back.

If you are looking for a place that takes pride in the work they turn out, this is not it. Yes, their prices are low, but you definitely get what you pay for. I keep going back hoping it will get better. No such luck!
Basically, what you get for your buck (s) is a vacuum, rinse and dry. If their drive through car wash doesnt take it off, it stays. I come home EVERY time and have to free the front of my car from all the bugs. I used to own a dark colored car so I cut them some slack, but now having a white car there is no excuse for having it still be that messy. Ive given it three times with this new car and the third was not the charm. Im finished. I can vacumn, rinse and dry my car all by myself… and save the $ 20.

This place has really affordable car washes and they do an excellent job! I’ve been there a few times now and they haven’t disappointed me yet. If you’re in this area and looking for a place to get your car washed, this is it. They also have Monday-​Thursday specials and will give you a coupon for next time.
