I have never had a server so rude to me in my entire life. After sitting at the drive through speaker for what seemed an eternity in 28 degree temps with the window down and no one else at the place, I finally said, Hello is anyone there? I got a kurt, you have to wait, so I continued waiting while having a phone conversation with my gf, which usually times fly when one is on the phone, expect for the bone chilling air giving me a stiff neck, after a few more minutes of chat on the phone with my gf, I politely asked again, Hello Can I place my order its cold. I got another YOUHAVETOWAIT.(wait for what? there i s no one here I am thinking to myself) Well I couldn’t wait anymore with my window down, as my face and neck were starting to freeze, so I rolled up my window and decided to drive up knowing I wouldn’t be able to hear her on speaker with a closed window. Now mind you, it’s 6 pm on MLK day no one was there, One car in the parking lot. I sat in front of the drive through window, I figured at least if I have to wait I could sit here with my window up and stay warm. Well the place was ghost town, no servers, no customers, no nothing, Sat there sat there where was everyone? I for a second got worried maybe they was a problem in there and was thinking if I don’t see anyone for a couple more minutes maybe I better check it out. I gave a couple quick beeps. Nada. So I sat there chatting, I looked back and a truck was at drive though so a woman and younger kid came out from around the corner I saw them making the coffee(apparently for person behind me). I waved and they ignored me. So I sat there till she approached the window, I said I would like a med hot coffee no sugar please and munchkin for my dog, She told me to drive back around the building and wait at the speaker. Yep, i said its cold you left me waiting, she started yelling at me. I said look, I am not driving back around please I need a coffee, she slammed the window and told me to drive back around. I just left, she ws so nasty and I wasn’t going to sit at speaker for another 10 minutes, Went o DD down the street that isn’t a drive through. I didn’t want to leave my dog in car, Not a big deal. But I don’t know how long I was expected to sit in front a speaker with an open window in frigid temps when NOON was at the place. Going back to have a chat with the manager tomorrow. I am appalled and the treatment from this employee.

Three of the four times I’ve been here they have screwed up my order. My orders are not complex– at most I get two drinks. The customer service is definitely lacking. Perfecto’s right next door is leagues better than this place!

Walked in at 9:50pm woman wouldn’t serve us even though they close at 10. It’s very difficult to pour an ice coffee

While traveling in Peabody we decided to stop in at this Dunkin Donuts to grab a cup of coffee as well as a donut. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were surprised to see how long the line was, but even though that was the fact, we were even more surprised to see how quickly the line moved. The staff here was really polite and overall the experience was amazing. The coffee itself was delicious and in the end it was nice to pull into this conveniently located store. The final great thing about this location was that they had a great outdoor seating area that was packed by the time I pulled out of the parking lot.

AS a frequent visitor to Duncan Donuts in other towns I receive a 10% discount on my orders as a Senior Citizen. I asked for the same here at the drive through. I was told they did not give one(only for a small donut and small coffee order). I was ordering a medium iced coffee. I was surprised and said so as I paid. The girl said: «no we do not give discounts and you should give a tip». I just drove off with out commenting, but now I am. I will never, ever, frequent a Duncan Donuts in Peabody again. It amazes me in this day and economy how some people think customers are there for their benefit.

I’m not so much a Dunkins’ customer and this reminds me why — pic attached. It’s seems they can hardly ever get my order right or seem not to cook/burn the sandwich. Try to explain that too them. This time was enough sandwich not properly wrapped, not properly cooked & more so was it was dripped water or something & leaked through the bag. Threw it out!!! I go if its last resort.

Quick service, friendly staff, not Starbucks, and not in Cali… but seriously, they are everywhere here! I have at least 2 regs with sugar and cream everyday I stay here– I can’t help myself. The quality of coffee is sooooo good… perks me right up and I can’t help but love the local’s accents. I even picked up a Dunkin Donut X-mas ornament… so rad.

Super convenient location near the North Shore Mall and Danvers area between Route 1 and 95 highway exits. Pleasant staff who are always smiling and courteous whether in the drive thru or walk up service. I recently got my usual medium milk 1 splenda and the kid must have misheard me. He asked if I said 6 milk one splenda with a funny expression and we both laughed. He made up a fresh iced coffee for me and then said, you know what — this one isn’t really that different — why not have two? GOD. When does this ever happen at DD’s in the city? Oh ya never. It’s as good as it gets here. And everyone is cute and while not necessary — definitely helps!
