As a loyal customer to Express for literally the past 15 years, I can honestly say their quality has absolutely gone down hill. I’d say about 90% of my wardrobe is from express, along with shoes, earrings, perfumes etc.. The past 2 years or so, pretty much everything I buy from there either gets ripped, the seams break, zippers break and jacket pockets have holes in them. And the earrings do not last more than about 5 wears. This is so disappointing to me as this merchandise is on the pricey side. Unfortunately I will not be shopping at express anymore due to to aforementioned deterioration of product quality. I will be finding a new favorite clothing store.

Love Express! I always find exactly what I am looking for whether it is dresses, tops, leggings, scarves etc. Their jeans are always a perfect fit. They have really good deals if you go at the right time, signing up for coupons in the mail you receive a lot of great coupons (30 $ off 100 $, etc). They always have a large clearance section in the back of the store with plenty to choose from. If you open a credit card, you will save even more– I had a $ 30 reward last month!

In the new Nordstrom’s wing, this express location still leaves something to be desired. The sales associates were nice enough greeting me at the front. The offerings were what I expected from my many years of Express perusing. I just wasn’t thrilled at the huge stockpile mess of the sales section and the ugly glitter clothing. I find so much cheap materials here.
