This place is… awesome. For a fast food place. I dropped by for lunch the other day, since I was in the area. And boy, am I glad I did. It’s easily the best burger I’ve had in the two months I’ve been in MA. The staff was friendly and great. The cashier waited patiently for me as I stared dumbfoundedly at the menu and tried to decide what to get. I ended up ordering a jr bacon burger in a lettuce wrap + grilled onions + grilled mushrooms + BBQ sauce.(love the fact that all toppings are free). The burger itself was so juicy, delicious, and full of flavor, that I didnt really want to talk while i was eating it because i was trying to savor the moment. The fries were pretty good as well– a bit different from your typical fast-food french fries. And they give you a pretty good amount as well. I wish there were a Five Guys closer to my place. But then again, if that were to happen, I would find myself going there multiple times a week and gaining double digits in no time. But yeah, give this place a try if you havent done so already!

I gotta say, not a bad burger. Simple stuff. I went there for take out for me and my wife, had some peanuts while I sat and waited, and was out of there with two tasty burgers in under 10 min(one w/chz bacon grilled onion BBQ and one chz, lett, tom, ket mus mayo). Busy little place, but not too busy. Clean as well.

Horrible. Worst experiences there. All they have to do is make burgers. Why is their offline system down everytime? Because making burgers is too hard for their night crew of losers that HAVETO humiliate customers. This five guys needs a corporate«secret shopper» to clean house. I wont go there again because of the how horrible most of the staff is(night crew, except the african american man, he seems to be the only one thats rational, courteous and doesn’t look like a full blown heroin addict.). Disgusting humans. Eat at any other five guys. Wont put up with their horrible customer service and immature high school BS for those prices.

I just love it here. It’s definitely greasy fast food, but it’s delicious to have once in a while. The hot dogs are great, the burgers are great, and the fries are great. You can’t go wrong when you stop in at Five Guys.

Had to stop in to try the fries that people rave about. A friend and I were finishing errands on a Friday afternoon and needed a hearty snack so decided to see what Five Guys is all about. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and helpful. We decided to split a double patty hamburger with pickles, sauteed mushrooms and lettuce(all available without an addition charge — a plus) and a regular size order of fries. They offer the regular and cajun so we opted for regular for our first experience. We declined any drinks the the man offered us plastic cups to get water from the fountain… nice! You seat yourself and wait for your number to be called. Our number was called within 5 – 10 minutes and all meals are served in a brown paper bag regardless of take-out or dine in. The burger was ok, patty somewhat tasteless but bun was soft and toppings were satisfactory. Fries were hot, crispy but a bit salty for our taste. Fried in peanut oil, they did not taste greasy but you could see the residue on the bag. Overall, not bad if you’re looking for a fast food burger place. Order total around $ 9.50.

I really should be giving 2 stars… I got a burger in a lettuce wrap and a small fry. The burger was good but when I looked in my bag I literally had 10 fries. No exaggeration…10. That’s .25 per fry. I’m not cheap when it comes to paying for food but that is a bit much. I have had small fries from other locations and my cup would be overflowing. Not saying I won’t ever eat at a 5 guys again I just don’t see myself returning to this one. Luckily I don’t live around here anymore.

I usually love the food at 5 guys, however this particular location really sucks! I stood at the register for a long time and no one came to take our order until one of the cooks starting yelling,“register!“ The guy that came couldn’t get the order straight and ended up shorting us an order of fries. The other thing that was not cool was the fact that they were out of pickles. Really? I didn’t even believe the guy on that one. My burger itself was ok, the meat was good as usual put the prep was crappy. I ordered w lettuce and I got a one tiny piece. My daughter ordered lettuce and got a normal amount. We had 5 people in our party and it seemed to take an extra long time as if they couldn’t handle the order. So the fries that we did get were almost burned and old and the ones that they forgot to put in were fine because they had to make them fresh. I won’t go back there. I’m renaming this location 5 High Guys Burgers n Fries Yup, they totally were!

I am a huge fan of the five guys chain and love eating there as whenever I can, but this experience was less than stellar. The resturant is not busy and the tables and floors are all covered in food and soda. The staff was behind the counter joking around.

So much hype so little truth. The burgers are a step above a drive through but not thick and juicy like I expected. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. The meat was quite bland, this was no grass feed beef burger I’ll tell you that! The cheap cheese was nasty but the bacon was crisp still not at all worth the money. My son didn’t even eat ¼ of his burger complaining it was too greasy. The fresh cut fries really had the most promise but were soggy and limp. The drink machine was the only part that was cool! For 1 small cheeseburger 1 bacon cheese burger, 1 drink and a small French fry it came to over $ 20! The worst part was this place was disgustingly dirty. The floors were filthy and not just from the peanut shells, and the tables were a sticky mess! I wish they had lived up to the expectations but I’ll have to put this one in the«no» column.

Seriously the best burgers my taste buds have ever experienced. These guys know how to make fast food and so good that I swear they put drugs in they’re food. Outside sitting too, fantastic! I would come back here if I could all the time but it’s not exactly the best stuff for your health haha. Best food ever seriously, if you love burgers and have never eaten here then get to it!

Everybody I know has been raving about this place so I went here with my husband for a quick bite to eat. The inside of the restaurant was rather plain, but it was really clean. My husband quickly grabbed a bunch of peanuts that were near the entrance. I ordered a regular hamburger with everything and my husband had the cheeseburger with a large order of fries and soft drink. I must admit the hamburger was really good! It was very juicy and the toppings were generous. Just one caveat: the regular hamburger is a double patty, which is usually too much for me. If I had known that, I probably would have gotten the little hamburger. The fries are hand cut and very tasty too. They didn’t salt the fries, and they don’t have salt & pepper shakers, so I had to deal with those annoying little packets. Even so, the large order of fries is VERY large(like about two orders of McDonald’s large fries). For sodas, they have unlimited refills, and two Freestyle machines, so you can have something as odd as a Cherry Mr. Pibb Zero. There were a few things I didn’t like, but they were pretty trivial. 1. The place is very loud, even though it wasn’t busy. The kitchen staff were yelling at each other and singing random stuff and I found it annoying. 2. You don’t get a plate or basket to eat on. You have to eat out of a paper bag like you’re a horse or something or eat over a bunch of napkins. 3. For a fast food place, it’s very expensive. Our two burgers, order of fries and soda added up to $ 20. 4. The restaurant has zero ambiance. Not that I expect chandeliers on the ceiling and a ninety piece orchestra, but I felt like I was eating at a gas station, not a restaurant(which, ironically, what the location used to be before becoming a Five Guys). Other than those things and a case of bad indigestion a few hours later, I really liked the food and will probably go there again.

Discovered Five Guys late in the game and now I can’t stop(about once a week… tisk tisk). If you are a spicy food lover and like to eat massive burgers this is what you should get… Double patty bacon cheeseburger w/lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, jalapeño peppers, and extra hot sauce. And don’t forget an order of the Cajun fries(the little size is plenty for one person or even two)! Everything is served out of a brown bag, which can be torn open to allow for easy access to the perfectly seasoned fries. Advice to amateurs: don’t wear white, Gucci, Fendi OR Prada.

25 minutes wait for a burger is not acceptable. Maybe people say they taste so good because by the time they get their burger they are starving and anything would taste good. I couldn’t wait around any longer and asked for my money back. But only a manager could do that and I had to wait while they went off to find her. Disappointed and not going back

Delicious. & I always want more. I always go here when I am looking for a quick, and«cheaper» meal to eat. This is the alternative to the typical fast-food joints, and as another reviewer wrote, they don’t stand a chance; Five Guys beats them any day.

The best burgers nationwide hands down. It is hard to beat Five Guys… the fries are perfect and abundant and the service is great. Oh, the burger is freaking fantastic. This store has an older guy with a very outgoing personality. Fun place. The only bad thing are the ridiculous soda machines that makes everyone share bacteria on a touch screen. Both were broken to some degree during our last visit.
