I had acrylics put on at another salon and they did a horrible job. Not just once but twice! I should not have gone back to the other place. I went to iNatural and they took me inbetween appointments and I got the best service. She took time and attention to make sure to fix my nails properly. Very clean and the women there are really sweet. They’re a little more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for and they have so many services. Highly recommended!

Sad to see all of the negative reviews. I’ve always loved this place for their eyebrow waxing, but today I tried out their mani/pedi services for the first time. I loved it! I can only mention how wonderful Jeanette was because she is the first and only person I’ve had. She is so thorough and a true perfectionist. I loved my toes and nails. Perfect shape, cuticles cut just right, smoothed out and painted better than most«spas» I’ve been to and great prices! They could work on updating their pedicure chairs and foot baths but other than that I have no complaints. Give them a try and see Jeanette!

Horrible Experience! I went here for an express mani/pedi and a wax. Well, the«express» pedi took about an hour with an extremely chatty and rude technician. When I attempted to read a magazine to avoid conversation, she kept talking to herself about nonsense. Finally, once this pedicure was complete, I knew that I couldn’t take sitting through a manicure and it had already taken WAY too long so I told them that I would be skipping the mani. I overheard them complaining about having to move up the waxing and it messing up their schedule. Got a subpar wax and they proceeded to charge me for a mani/pedi and wax. It was outrageous! I couldn’t take it anymore so I paid just to get out of there. I’m embarrassed now that I did but I needed to get out! NEVERAGAIN!

Rude staff. They seem to get really annoyed by their customers presence. They also were inexperienced and were complaining the whole time about being tired and how much they hate their coworker.

WORSTNAILSALONEVER!!! Lady rushed though my nail apointment because a regular came in and needed her nails done. They only use regular nail files which is crazy when your doing acyrilic nails. It seems like all they did was go to walmart buy the acyrilic do it your self kit, then charge people $ 50.00 to get their nails done. My nails were so uneven so bulky some super thin, i had nail polish all over my cuticles and some of my nails she didnt bother putting on the top coat right. I left so disapointed i will not be going back EVER, from now on i will go to tip top nails which is also located in the mall.

Horrible experience! Came here to get a Gel manicure and a pedicure for a prom i was attending. Made an appt a week ahead of time. I liked that they spoke english. Looked clean etc… so the night before the prom i came in, expecting for a great foot scrub and gel nails. with a french tip… not what i got. my manicurist was very chatty talking to me about people i didnt know, like they were my bes friends. She wasnt even looking at what she was doing. somehow my fingernails took 2 hours and all my cuticles were ripped open and bleeding. i was mortified. then the pedicure. she put my feet in the water. didnt turn the jets on, and painted my toes while my feet were wet causing the polish to be gross. usually when you get a pedicure, they massage, and pumice your feet… nope. not here. not this time. so being not happy with any of it i asked to see the manager, who was on dinner break. so i left, and called her that night. i explained how my hands were bleeding, my nails were acrylic which i did not want. i specifically asked for gels. they were uneven, there were airpockets(very very dangerous) and that my pedicure was horrible. She seemed surprised, and asked me to come in the next morning. so i did. came in, she realized that i really was jacked up. and said«we will redo them» then called over the girl who did them. I was embarrassed. She made me look rude and put me in a very awkward situation. I had a hair and makeup appt that day as well… so i honestly didnt have time to redo it. she insisted she would work in the hair salon … i said i wasnt comfortable with that and her response was«its okay. i know the girls who work there» So during my hair appt my hands soaked in pure acetone, two nail girls were ripping acrylic and tips off of me(painful) and i was getting an updo. I was not happy. Another girl came in, and re applied acrylics after i said for the 90th time i wanted Gels. I had to go into the nail salon and sit with my nails under the blue lights so they would set… with the girl doing my hair. I was late for my makeup appt, and late to take pictures for the prom. Threw my whole parties day off, and i felt ugly and rushed. I didnt go back to get the nails removed, i went to a place where nobody spoke english… but my nails looked god sent. Im so surprised i didnt get and infection. When i approached the owner about the first girl who seriously messed up my nails, and cuticles… her response was«well she is special needs» okay. thats great for her… but if she is harming people, and ruining your business maybe you should keep and eye on her… or get her some training.

Although I rarely use their nail services, I have been going here for 9 years for all of my waxing needs. Jeannie and Tina are the best. They have excellent prices, excellent appointment times, and even accept walk-ins. I see many bad reviews regarding nail services, but every time I go they always seem to be busy-so that’s a good sign. They also seems to retain their employees which is always good. As long as Jeannie is here, I will never go to another place.

So recently I had acrylics done. It was a bit pricey but I felt that the quality and hygiene would be better as a result. They are very clean but my manicure was hideous. My number one pet peeve when I get acrylics done is when the manicurist shapes the ends triangular and this is exactly what she did. They looked misshapen, were too thick, obviously unnatural, and I couldn’t wait to get them off. A few weeks later when my nails recovered from the acrylics I went to have a normal manicure done. I was about ten minutes late because of traffic and the manicurist was not too pleased. She blew through it in like 10 minutes got nail polish all over my cuticles, filed them uneven, had a horrible attitude, and basically couldn’t wait to get me out of her face. I am sorry I gave her such a good tip; she was obviously in a hurry because a regular came in after me and she didn’t want her to have to wait 5 more minutes. As a result I only recommend this place for waxing.

Though I’m not often a fan of nail salons like this(I prefer spas, though I can’t afford them), I needed a mani & pedi without the spa prices. It was $ 50 for both here. So I went here on a recommendation from my cousin. I really like it. It’s not the lap of luxury, but I was able to have conversation with the woman, Kim, who did my nails. She also showed how they are able to rinse disinfectant through the jets of the foot bath to reduce change of infection, which not all salons can do. It was clean, though the furniture was old looking. Everyone was really friendly & I would go back again.
