Lucas was a god out of cell tower heaven; The evolution of the cell chip. He is the unofficial Verizon spokesperson. Can you here me? How about now? Dude helped me out with EVERYTHING. He even managed to make sense of Verizon’s horribly confusing«Device Payment» plan thing. I always appreciate great service. THANKYOU

Had the worst customer experience that I have ever had, I truly hope my review is read and people will stop going here. I have a Droid phone, it kept turning on and off, and was sent one, took two days, not the one day as I was told, Brought the replacement phone in, and the guy that helped was great and helpful. As I was walking out the door, the phone started going off and on again, the manager, Mike Tango was there, asked me how long I had the phone, told him about an hour. He looked at it, said I had added too many apps… hello…I haven’t had two seconds to add or delete anything! Then says he has the same phone and never had this problem, ok… I tell him I want to leave the store with a working phone and he said I could purchase a phone for $ 510.00 and I said no, why can you not get me this same phone from your back room, and then send the warrantied one, nope… it doesn’t work that way… have to send you one… but I will waive the $ 14.99 overnight fee, ummmm… its under warranty, I wouldn’t have to pay that. I have been in retail management in different companies, this is not how you do business, I lost an hour and a half of my time while stuff was being uploaded, now I will have o do it again? Are they serious. Mike Tango was by far the worst face of Verizon. Once my contract is up, so is Verizon! PS…I wish there was an option for negative stars!

The reason for my low rating is based on an incident that happened over the summer. My wife and I both had blackberries and we wanted to downgrade.(we were eligible for an early upgrade) And even if that meant getting into a new 2 year contract we were fine with that as long as we could get out of the data plan and get into a more affordable plan. I understand that they won’t be making money off of this transaction by us downgrading. They let us cancel the blackberry data plan and when I asked what phone options were available for us at a lower cost, the salesperson was very uninspired to assist us get the phone we needed. She showed us the section and we never saw her again. So we decided to not get new phones that day and we switched back to older phones we had at home and now we are shopping for another carrier when we are done with our deal is April. Its my opinion that every customer, even the ones that aren’t throwing down $ 400 on a new phone are important and in this economy it would have went a long way to take two seconds to show us the options, talk to us and we would have been locked into another 2 years with their company. Now, we are looking at other options.

Verizon is so consistent… their services(internet, wireless etc) are fantasitc when you are all set but getting something done through them is a test of your patience and sanity. This location is horrible… the staff all sit there punching away on the computer and occasionally look up to see how many people they are ignoring. I think the management gives out prizes to the employee that can ignore the most customers while pretending to look busy. If you actually do get to talk with an employee(usually after 30 to 45 minutes(how silly am I to wait that long)) they are abrupt and not very helpful. The real crime here is that every Verizon customer pays for this bad service… how much would our monthly bills go down if they actually had a management that understood how to treat customers QUICKLY and with a sense of acknowledgment that as trite as it sounds we pay their salaries.

Went here to help my mother in law get a new phone because the one she had was dropping calls constantly. These guys were great! They are so helpful and found a phone that was just right for her, something with no bells & whistles but enough stuff that she can talk freely and simply. She had a free upgrade so didn’t have to pay a dime for a new phone that she’s happy with and that will work properly. The store itself also had all the newer model phones with great bundle packages to get you started with all the new technology. If I had Verizon myself I’d definitely shop this location! Thumbs up!
