Dunkin’ Donuts

I’m not sure why they bother to use the drive-​thru microphone here, because they’ll just ask you what you ordered when you get to the window, even when you’re the only car there. And it really doesn’t matter what you ordered anyway, because they’ll get it wrong 9 times out of 10. I’ve given this place so many chances because it’s close to my house, but it’s just not worth it. The customer service is comically bad.

I stop at this gas station at least 3 times a week. The people are very friendly and eager to serve you. The thing is they have to many problems going on in the back. 1. They run out of different types of rolls for breakfast all the time. 2. They mess up what kind of roll you order. 3. If you order a number off the menu and it says comes with hash browns, you shouldn’t have to ask for them. If you do go to this dunkin please be sure to say with hash browns.

Two stars because my kids liked the donuts. Went in (instead of the drive through) for my first time. Still waiting for one employee to greet me. The employee that took my order just stared at me and my family as we came in and ordered. I thought it would be fun for the kids to come in and pick out their own donuts. Never again. The young man at the drive in window never got off his phone the entire time. Guess we will leave now.

While the donuts and coffee are great; the customer service is lacking! I waited for 3 days for K cups to come in. Even drove to the other location in town (which is owned by the same owner) and they were out.
The K cup 14 pack was on sale for $ 6.99 regularly $ 9.99. Well Wednesday and yesterday morning and evening I went in to see if the k cups were in and was told they would be on the evening truck and they would be $ 6.99! Well guess what! I went in at 3:30 pm today (Friday) as instructed by the staff and they were $ 9.99! I even spoke to the same employee (and he remembered me!) and he said he couldn’t ring it at $ 6.99 because the owners would not honor the price, even though I had went to both locations for 3 days! The poor young man (Travis) apologized for it but said the owner would be upset with him for changing the price. I think that this is just poor customer service on the owners part! In the three days I went in I observed the employees having to tell customers they were out of chicken as well as original Kcups and dark roast K cups as well as one of the sandwich breads! Perhaps there is some financial problems going on with these two locations. I have never seen a chain out of food other than the Snow Storm this past winter! I hope the owners read this because I will buy my K cups online from now on so say good bye to my $ 30 a week business Wisdom Road Peachtree City, Ga Location, good luck because Peachtree City is a town that likes their customer service and I don’t know how you think you can come up here from Florida and operate your business that way!
