All the meats taste low quality. Don’t get anything that’s cooked or hot unless you want your stomach to kill! The Italian is the only thing that is Mediocre here and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Always fresh bread and meats cut when order is placed. It’s dressed the way you like and always clean. Table and chairs under umbrella outside. 2TV inside tuned to ESPN& restrooms clean well stocked. Reminds me of the delis in New York and New Jersey. Mike’s way adds onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil and spices. Friendly smiling faces takes it over the top 5 stars!

Although good– quality is different than the rest of the chain and it makes the signature taste feel a bit off. My #7 had a different lettuce than other jersey miles and I did not order onion but there was an onion flavor. Bread was good but did taste different.

My family and I walked in the door to this store at 12:45PM. There were 6 people in front of me. Within 5 minutes of my arrival, there were approximately 20 people in line. The service was extremely slow, at at 1:05PM I was finally ready to order. Unfortunately, instead of taking my order, the individual cutting meat started making«to go» orders. While he was apologetic while starting each sub, after he had started six, and then proceeded to the next«to go» order, I said that it would be much better customer service to take care of the people who were in line, rather than call in orders. I directed my comments at the individual standing in front of me who was cutting — no one else. That individual apologized and said they had no choice but to do it that way. Then, without me ever addressing him, Jerren, who was dressing the subs, spoke up and said«what do you want us to do about it?» in an extremely rude tone. Jerren continued to be to be confrontational and argumentative, choosing to escalate the situation instead of making any attempt to diffuse it. When I turned to my wife and 3 year old son to tell them we were leaving, Jerren said, very sarcastically, «bye. .. have a great day.» After walking out with my family, I returned to ask for the name of the store manager as well as to get Jerren’s name. Even after I got their names, Jerren continued to be rude and confrontational. I simply told him I had what I needed and left. Regardless of the policy on to-go orders, I find it absolutely amazing that an employee would continue to purposefully engage himself in a situation and make no attempt at all to satisfy the customer. That being said, their subs are fantastic. Lots of meat, great bread, and they don’t skimp on toppings either. As for me, I’ll take the better service across the street at Jimmy Johns!

Great hot sandwiches… especially the cheesesteak. This is about as close to a big-city deli sandwich experience a you can get in PTC.

Near Home Depot and Best Buy… not a lot of options on food in that area. Great Subs… The staff at this location is friendly and interactive… not just clocking in and out. Here is my opinion on how they stack up against Subway and Quizno’s Jersey Mike’s greatest advantage… Lot’s of meat and sandwich stuff on the roll all the way to the edge so you don’t get that last inch of just bread like you do on Subway’s. It makes for really filling and yummy sandwiches. Highly recommend the beefsteak, and jalepeno cheese. If you want a traditional sub fully stacked, this is the place compared to both Subway and Quizno’s Jersey Mike’s greatest disadvantage… compared to Quizno’s is that when they heat their sandwiches, Jersey Mike’s doesn’t give you the option to add stuff to it like Quizno’s does, and even Subway for that matter. Their bread selection is white and wheat compared to Subway’s signature different bread types. Only Quizno’s really offers salads on their menu.
