Do NOT use this company. In my opinion if you are foolish enough to do so DEMAND to see PROOF they have Error and Omissions Insurance. They made a $ 10,000 structural error on our home inspection before closing. We would have NEVER bought this house if they’d simply done their job. Pete Rosetti is, in my opinion, an unprofessional and unethical crook. We’ve had THREE quotes from different contractors that it would cost at least 10k for what his company missed (rotting floor joists in the front of our home thus the center of our new home is COLLAPSING). Pete REFUSED to even discuss E & O Insurance and tried to put off the job on a measly $ 2000 warranty policy. Which leads me to believe he doesn’t carry E&O. Don’t gamble your future with this crook. We are suing. We did NOTHING wrong but making the mistake of hiring this scheister. Be warned.

I was very apprehensive about having to pay for this service in the mist of spending thousands of dollars during the home purchasing process. Pete was worth every penny! He spent 4 hours combing over every inch of my property and even crawling into spaces. He was so thorough and informative. I was comforted to know that he was more OCD than me and even provided me with a binder with explanations, coupons, and pictures. The things that he found were serious and in need of repair prior to the final purchase of the home. With the information he gave me I was able to effectively negotiate repairs and am one step closer to being a home owner. I truly appreciate Pete’s services and have been referring him every since we met.

Pete was the seller’s choice for home inspection. He left a MESS throughout our home. The worst part was that he took my house key and refused to return it until pressured. I got it back the next day and had to change the lock. He took two hours to download the radon test. He does not know the electrical code. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
