Definitely some of the best salads I’ve had (shrimp & avocado, the steak & bleu). However I am big on hot peppers and hot sauces, and the complimentary bar area offering this amazing assortment of goodies to add to the fresh quality salads is the icing on the cake!

Cute sandwich place. Place order and sit down with a number and they will bring food to you. Pretty good chicken salad. My husband and son got the steak sandwich and found it to be dry. A little more upscale than Jason’s. My husband compares it to a McAlister’s without the southern

I ate there for the 1^st time a few days ago. Had a cup of chicken chili and half a grilled cheese sandwich. The grilled cheese was so fab! The chili was good but the chicken was kind of dry, which is crazy since it was in soup. Will def go back for grilled cheese!

Tasted good and the portions were big. Love this place, gonna eat here more often.

So far i am definitely returning! I ordered the Turkey breast sandwich with a soup and my husband ordered the chicken breast sandwich. They were delicious!!! The service was excellent as well! The manager went by the table and offered us to try their desserts for free and wow the red velvet cake was spongy and delicious!!! I recommend you go! Next time i will try the salads! :)

We checked out this new Newk’s location while visiting family over New Years. I’ve eaten at Newk’s a couple of times before and always enjoy it. This trip, we had a few items that were new to me: I had the club sandwich, my dad had a BBQ pizza, and my wife had the quinoa and kale salad. Each one was delicious. The restaurant is a nice place to have a relaxing meal, and the service was really polite. The best part was the location since we were able to have a nice lunch while out shopping. It’s hard to find a place that several people with varying tastes can all find a meal to enjoy, and Newk’s did that for us. It was a huge hit. I’ll definitely come back on my next visit.

Very new restaurant that prides itself on being a fast-​casual restaurant with local and fresh ingredients. However, we had to wait an hour for our food to come out to us, which really was amazing considering we had ordered three pizzas and two salads. One of our pizzas was never even delivered, as the dough was too frozen to prepare. I felt that this could have been communicated to us before we waited for an hour. We were refunded the price of that meal and split the other four meals amongst each other. The food itself was not nearly as good as we had hoped, and was not up to the standard they had advertised and priced their product at. I will not be visiting this establishment any time in the near future.

For fast casual, they get it right. Beautiful and big fresh salads, homemade soups, and wonderful personal pizzas. This is a very convenient and a much needed option for the forum. The employees were fantastic and helpful. This is a great stop with young kids when you want something that isn’t fast food or a sitdown.

Miserable experience. I ordered a «combo» which consists of a 3 inch sandwich, and a sub par bowl of soup. Mind you, they sold it to me as a sandwich and soup combo, to which I would believe I would receive a normal sized sandwich, 5 inches or more (typical, but still small). When I brought it up with management that the meal was not really what I thought I ordered, the manager had nothing kind to say or any condolences to offer, let alone an offer to exchange my meal for what I thought I was ordering. As I left, the woman who took my order asked how my meal was. When I said it was much too small and not what I thought I was ordering, resulting in me still being hungry, she smirked and gave a mean toned «well that is what you ordered». I then proceeded to write a poor review to their customer experience website. From that review, I received a call. On the call with whatever manager I was speaking with, his first and only point of concern was the fact that I said the lady who took my order was dumb. I’m sorry, but she was dumb. The fact that this company cares more about that comment (not even very mean in my opinion, but more honest), than an unsatisfied customer, speaks volumes to their integrity as an organization. I will never eat at a Newks again, and will guide everyone possible to their direct competitors. Overpriced and terrible customer service. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
