We had a plumbing emergency during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend at my parent’s house. Their normal plumbing company wouldn’t schedule them until Sunday. AQP was able to get us onto their schedule right away. The plumber assigned to us, Larry R, called us ahead of time of his arrival to make sure he got the right address. He arrived when he said he would. He helped us with our issue & gave us some tips to help us out in the future. I would highly recommend AQP. They are a no nonsense professional service company. I wish they were near us back in CA!

Clogged sinks are nasty! Thanks to AQP for helping us with the new garbage disposal. I was pretty worried when the dishwasher started backing up! Thank you, Larry for doing such a great job, (again)! It is always a pleasure working with you.

I have used AQP for the better part of 10 years and satisfaction has bottomed out the last couple of times. First, I needed a large job done quickly but it took a week and a half just to get an estimate and by that time the job had already been done by another plumber. More recently, I needed a small job done and the price was much higher and my bill had no details (no hourly charge or parts itemized) to explain such a high fee. I called other plumbers to get an estimate for the job and both were considerably less expensive — one even lower by $ 100. I had a plumber at my house for less than an hour and my bill was over $ 200 with parts that I know are less than $ 10 at Home Depot.
Never say never but it is quite likely I will not call them again.

So after having 3 plumbers and 1 general contractor tell me they couldn’t or wouldnt work on my shower faucet due to its location and make. I called the manufacturer and they gave me a number of a place in north Houston. I called them and they recommended these guys because they where closer. I was very pleased with the service. I located the parts my self and he only charged me labor.
