My experience here is somewhat limited(not by my choosing) and is the primary reason for my one star review. I’d scheduled my facial here, about a week in advance, for 4:00 on a Wednesday. I went into work very early that morning, so I was sure to be off in time for my appointment.(And this is no easy task as a Mom of a toddler.) Looking forward to a relaxing afternoon, I was actually off work by 2:30, and treated myself to a pedicure. When I was done(approximately 3:25), I called to find out if I could come in a little early, as I was in the same shopping center as Facelogic. When I told the person on the phone the reason for my call she replied, «Oh, the person who was going to do your facial is gone for the day.» When I seemed perplexed and unable to respond immediately, she further explained, «She had an emergency, can you come in tomorrow?» While I totally understand emergencies, I asked her if anyone was going to call and inform me, as it was now only 30 minutes from my appt time, and they had no idea from where I was driving. For all they knew I was coming from an hour away and would’ve been extremely unhappy when I arrived. But, I digress. I also asked if there was someone else that could do it, to which I got a simple, «No.» I explained to her that I’d went into work early to get off in time for my appt, and I would not be able to do the same thing the next day. She then said, «Ok, call us when you want to reschedule» and ended the call. So, my review has nothing to do with the actual facial, but a place that is so unprofessional that a courtesy call to cancel an appt is not standard protocol, can’t be a place I want to give my money to. There are plenty of places to get a facial, and they won’t try to sell you a membership.

I came to Facelogic from Groupon and Bloomspot deals and each time i was satisfied. The young lady that attended to me was named Lacy and she was awesome. She was not rough, very gentle. And she walked me through the different products she was applying to my face without talking to much. The extractions were not as painful(I had a facial before and the lady who did them killed my pores causing cystic acne *inserts sad & frustrated face) but any who she was helpful. She asked me after the facial if there was anything I could buy to help my facial breakout needs. She recommended a micodermasion peel scrub that was almost $ 30 and a facial wash that was like $ 20. I declined and I asked about a small kit that came with different products in sample size that was $ 35 for 5 items that I thought would be beneficial(and I must say I love it), she got kind of upset because I did not want to buy the high priced items she recommended… and she walked off. The lady who checked me out said that I was doing the right thing because the products would last me about 2 months and I must say she was not lying. I have used the small facial wash for about 3 weeks and finally put a dent in it. But anyways I went back a 2nd time and the young lady seemed to be in a better mood and I must say I was happy with my facial and will continue to go!

Staff is really rude. My first visit was just ok. My second visit was with a Groupon and was still a ripoff. I won’t be going back a third time!

Lousy facial(I got burned at another location– literally) and then burned financially at the Chicago location when I was in town there as I bought a membership and they shut down! They are shutting down all over(Tx, Illinois, OR, GA) and offering NO refunds or even pennies back on the dollar. I’d be very careful. The woman who started it owns massage envy. I dont’ know if they are going bankrupt as Facelogic is.

I bought a deal on Groupon for the signature facial. The deal also had the option of adding microderm abrasion which I declined. I’ve only had one other facial(which was also purchased on Groupon) and it was mediocre at best. I didn’t quite know what to expect with Facelogic, but I what I received exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist offered me water which was very nice of her. My esthetician was Elizabeth and she was wonderful. She was very nice and very knowledgeable. She explained what the signature facial entailed. The room itself is very intimate. The lighting is dark and there is soft relaxing music playing in the background. The chair was comfortable as well. Before the facial, Elizabeth examined my skin with a bright light. Once she started the facial, she used all sorts of creams and scrubs on my face. She also used steam and hot towels to open my pores. The steam was so relaxing! She massaged my hands, arms, neck, shoulders, face, and scalp. At times her pressure was a little firm, but that is probably my only complaint. It was such a relaxing experience. She even massaged my ears at one point! Wow that felt nice. After the facial, she mentioned a product that they have that would help remove blackheads. She was not pushy about selling the product and even told me that I could try the Biore line which is so much cheaper. The receptionist informed me about their VIP membership, but again was not pushy. I appreciated that. I certainly have intentions of coming back. This facial was so much better than the first facial I received and it was very relaxing!

I really wanted to like this place. I really did. I called and booked a signature facial, brow wax and tint. The facial itself was decent and she added on a $ 14 treatment for free. My complaint was more with what I didn’t get. The website states you will get a hand, arm, neck, shoulder, and scalp massage with the signature facial. While she did massage my neck and shoulders while applying creams, my hands, arms, and scalp were never touched. I had really been looking forward to that hand & arm massage too! Then I was told that she didn’t have me down for a brow wax and oh by the way they haven’t done brow tinting for at least 6 months. Hmmm. that might of been nice to know when I called and made my appt last week. After convincing her that I really did book an eyebrow wax, she finally did it. I’m giving this place 3 stars instead of 2 because my husband only had to pay $ 29 for a signature facial gift certificate. Unfortunately, I felt like I got the $ 29 version of the signature facial experience. So if you have a certificate, you might want to wait and tell them about it after your facial.

I went to Facelogic for my very first facial. I heard about it through Groupon and figured it was time for me to give one a try. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was very impressed. All the employees there were nice and helpful. The spa was very clean, the rooms were lit with soft lighting with soft music playing in the background. I was given plenty of privacy. It was a very relaxiing experience that I enjoyed. My facial was done by Kari, and she was great! I asked her about the training she had received prior to doing facials and skin care, and it was obvious that she was well educated and knew her job. She was really good about explaining what she was doing and why. I’d definitely go to Facelogic again for a facial and I’d highly recommend this location.
