Good company. Price was right. Job was pro. Had to special order my flooring, but it arrived in a very timely manner. Will recommend.

This review is for the new location in League City off 518 close to Bay Area Blvd. After getting a couple of estimates from other places we decided to try 5 Star Floors close to our home. We were greeted promptly and we explained that we wanted our covered patio tiled. They explained the differences in outdoor tile, outdoor thin set and outdoor grout. We had specific needs such as 16″ tile and a darker outdoor grout color that had a built in sealant. The people that we dealt with were very knowledgeable and very helpful. The owner Mike came to our home and explained the process and how long it would take. We put half down and he said he would call when the material arrived. We had bad weather for almost three weeks and had to cancel the job on four different occasions. Mike must have called me at least 5 or 6 times for weather updates and scheduling. Mind you this is the owner calling me for an $ 1,800.00 job. The two days finally arrived and the two installers were the nicest, most professional and I must say the best tilers I have ever seen. I only wish they had did our home on the inside. When the job was complete Mike called to make sure that everything was up to my (very high) standards. I went to the store later that evening to pay off the balance and he happened to be there. I ask him how he could spend so much time on such a small job and he said that all jobs were very important to him. I know that to be a fact by the way I was treated. I HIGHLY recommend 5 Star Floors for your home interior or exterior needs !!!

We just had 5 Star remove carpet and put laminate down in our home over the weekend. We are so pleased! It looks fabulous. The employees who put in the floors were very professional and tidy. The price was the best out of the 4+ places we got quotes from. Not to mention that 5 Star got it all done in one day (ten hours). Another store said it would take three days! So A+ all around (customer service, speed, price).

Very pleased with Five Star Floors customer service. Would definitely recommend. We had tile and carpet installed. Any issues we had were promptly corrected to our satisfaction.

Replaced my existing tile first floor of my house. I am happy with the results and would recommend. We had quite a bit of tile to replace so the job took a couple of days. 5 guys came in and worked their magic. While one was cutting, the other was measuring while another was installing. It was a perfect little work flow. I had them lay my tile diagnally and I never appreciated how hard this was to set until I saw how they did it. Pretty interesting. The end result was good. I did have to call them back for one tiny issue. About 2 inches of tile was cut incorrectly at the entrance of my bedroom. No problem, they came back out within a week, cut out old peice and replaced. Looks perfect now. I worked with Samantha at the store and she was very nice.
