OK, so I am not a big fan of the senior leadership’s political ideologies and treatment of employees, but I find myself going here anyway. I have tried Michaels, but Hobby Lobby has a MUCH better selection of silk flowers and inexpensive décor items. Most of the employees are not very approachable or eager to assist. Then again, what would one expect when reporting to middle management, who report to senior management that simply care little and want to press their religious and political views on staff. Anyway, I admit that I have gone here many times and am able to find decent service by asking different employees until I get it. With the 50% off sales on so many different items in the store, I just go back every week until what I am looking for is half off(my longest wait was 2 weeks).

I really like this location vs the one on Hwy 6 that’s close to me too. This location seems to take better care of their products. There was a canvas I really wanted for my bedroom and the Hwy 6 location only had ones that had been scratched or damaged but at this location, the ones they had available were still wrapped in plastic and perfect. I also like this one better because it seems to move faster, the lines at the other one seem to take forever. So — this is my pick of the ‘litter’ for Hobby Lobby since they are on almost ever corner these days.

My only complaint about this Hobby Lobby in a previous review had been the time it took to find someone for the framing dept. I was pleasantly surprised that when I went to get ANOTHER signed Ted Williams lithograph that I just purchased(I have a problem) framed and mated, it was a breeze this go around as far as finding someone to help! Within two minutes of asking I was helped. The lady that helped me did a great job on the framing. Hopefully the next time I go in there I’ll get the same service I received this visit. if it stays consistent this would become a 5 star Hobby Lobby.

Customer service was disappointing when it came to damaged products. The manager just brushed my concern aside without second thought. I love Hobby Lobby, but not today.

Pretty similar to Michael’s in that they have a lot of craft supplies. They do carry some regular art supplies too, but still may not have something specific that you’re looking for. Sometimes they might, sometimes not. Still a fun place to walk around and look at what’s there. Especially the large selection of home décor near the front of the store. I always see a lot of interesting things on display there. And also, when certain holidays come up, they have several aisles of holiday-themed goodies.

Lots of crafts, and the only game in town for fabrics. I don’t like their pricing scheme. Everything is always on «sale». Only downside is their checkout which is agonizingly slow. Everything is manually inputted and since everything is some % off, the cashiers are always calling for help and it takes foreeeeever. Someone needs to let them know upc codes were invented for a reason. They tend to wrap anything in paper like its a valuable object. Its all cheap Chinese junk. Just toss it in a plastic bag!

There is always something on sale at Hobby Lobby. I go here for all my artistic needs… canvases, paint, frames, etc. Hobby Lobby always has what I am looking for… and their seasonal section is always great!!!
