Great customer service. I called and had to change my day that I needed the moonwalk and the lady who I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. The guy that came and set the moonwalk up was so respectful to my family. Every response from him was yes sir and yes man.

I called Hopper as a third shot (based solely on how Google gave me responses) for a moonwalk water slide for my daughter’s birthday. The first one didn’t answer and the second was not interested in my business.
Even though they were away for the week, I received a return call and several texts within 2 hours of my inquiry as well as a discount coupon for my order.
The owners were so nice and accommodating. They delivered the unit the night before it was needed to help with my time constraints and picked it up well after the end time so we could get full use.
The equipment was clean and in great condition.
I will definitely tell anyone who asks to use them!

Absolutely great customer service! Not only were they friendly, but they went above and beyond what was expected. We had a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse bouncer delivered and it made my son’s birthday party a hit. Mike was the delivery guy for our bounce house and it’s because of his awesome customer service Hooper Moonwalks will have a future repeat customer.
