Brisa is the best! I truly enjoyed breakfast here as I always have. Coffee was hot and food came fast. A breakfast spot with no line on a holiday is the best. We will be back.
And the 80s music is the best!

This ihop location is in a nice location in Pearland. …there are plenty of seats and parking spaces… the wait staff is ok. the food is average… the restroom is clean. The biggest downfall is the constant ants on the wall when I go there to eat. This is the 2^nd time I have observed these ants… I had to move to a different section every time.

To be honest, IHOP was and never really is my first choice of breakfast places to choose from. I made an exception because all my other choices had major waits and the family and I were hungry right then. Whatever happened to people making breakfast at home on a Sunday morning? We were seated quickly, even though the restaurant was packed. The table next to us was just finishing up, but the table stayed dirty for the remainder of our visit. It took awhile for our waited to come around, but when she did, she was really nice. Food came out quick. Not much to write home about. Pancakes were good as expected from a pancake place, but pretty small from how I remembered them back in the day. I ordered the breakfast sampler which came with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 each of bacon, sausage links, and ham. The ham were tiny little squares. Again, way smaller than previous visits. The meal was not bad by any means, but yeah, I’ve had much better!

The most disgusting and filthy establishment in Pearland. Went there last night as every other place was packed. My husband order a glass of tea. When he made it midway through the drink he noticed that the glass was filled with orange juice pulp dried and stucked to the glass! He was served tea in a dirty orange juice glass. Yuck. I refused to eat anything. The waitress acted like it wasn’t a big deal and brought out another glass of tea and left the disgusting dirty glass on our table. We made the manager aware and he took the glass to the back and never returned. I contacted the Health Dept. Hopefully they will investigate. I will never go there again. I’m disgustedl thinking about what happened.

Great Experience! The wife and I had a craving for breakfast for dinner so we went to the Pearland Parkway location. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon so I guess just before the dinner crowd. Service was really good. Our server was friendly and was actually the most attentive server I’ve had in a long time. Our glasses were never more than half empty when refills were brought out. Coffee was fresh and actually tasted good. Food came out promptly and was nice and hot. I ordered chicken fried steak that had a good flavor and nice crispy crust and was not greasy. Eggs were cooked perfect and hash browns also not too greasy. My wife had the 2+2+2 which is 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and two slices of bacon. The bacon was crispy and not greasy, pancakes were fluffy. I know sometimes these places are a hit or miss based upon the crowd size, wait staff, and cooking staff but this time at this location was a big hit. Restaurant was clean and tidy. I will definitely be going back.

Didn’t even want to give 1 star but had too. Will never be back. And this usually was a place me and my daughter went every Saturday night. Horrible service and horrible management.

I came to this IHOP with my friends. We had to wait 10 minutes just to order our drinks. We then didn’t even receive the right kind of drinks. Our food took a lot longer than normal. We did not have a set waiter so we had to constantly tell someone what we had. They gave one of my friends a dirty cup, and their food is sloppy. I would not recommend place to anyone. They are lucky to even get one star.

We came here a little before 10 pm with a group of about 25 kids and adults from a local theatre group. The manager and staff were extremely helpful, they made sure we were all seated fast. Our server, Stephanie, was quick, nice and helpful. Food was good and came out on time. The manager helped serve us and everyone was happy. Great teamwork and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you.

The service here is awful. Been here 30 minutes and no food. Manager is just standing around, she should step in and help her staff or go home!

Every time I come here, I get great service. I usually get Sandy — her section is to the left as you come in. My mom loves it.

Today, I ordered the Tuscan scramble eggs dish. Fresh spinach, tomatoes and parmesan, with red skinned potatoes and onions.

Just a mutual spot to meet up w/​friends for a late breakfast. Service was good this time.

Good food, bad drinks, and service is a joke. No matter when you come, good luck getting any service.

I was there 3 times. Always waiting so long even when there are not to many people.
The manager is walking around asking about service instead of helping the staff to speed the service. I was waiting about 15 min just to get a cup of hot tea

It’s like I only want pancakes & decent customer service (I get it, it’s ihop). But every time I come here, I get ignored, the servers always forget something, and they’re ALWAYS short staffed. I know it’s not the company’s standards, I’ve been to several different i hops and experience at least a decent level of customer service.

My waiter was so awesome I can’t even understand why he works at I HOP. He should be working at a fine dining establishment in my opinion. The food was hot… no complaints. I will say that I really enjoyed my pumpkin cheesecake pancakes. I know I will have to spend the weekend burning them off, but they were worth it. IHOP is hit or miss for me so I don’t know how much more I can share. I prefer to eat here when I’m dining alone for breakfast because of the set-​up. It keeps me from feeling like I’m sticking out like a sore thumb.

I usually go to the one on Fuqua and it’s great. This one was disgusting. I went at about 11pm after I got off work, in need of a late night study session. My waitress was the only thing good about it. I was seated under a leaking vent. My big steak omelette was COLD. Do you know how gross that is? And there are no outlets to plug electronics in to. I’ll stick to the other locations for sure.

Service was horrible. We waited 2 hours just to get our check. We reminded the guy plenty of times. We ended up just leaving the money on the table and getting out. Also the food was cold, so I don’t recommend anybody come here.

My family and I (2 kids and 2 adults) decided to visit the IHOP on 2829 Broadway in Pearland, TX on 4÷18÷2014 after my daughter saw a commercial on TV the other day. I had stopped going to IHOP for many years now after I had a terrible experience of waiting in line, waiting on food, putting up with a terrible server and over paying for mediocre food and service.
We went around 9:40 AM on 4÷18÷2014 and the memory of the bad experience I had at IHOP started to take place. There was a waiting line to be seated even though several tables were available if someone would just remove the dirty dishes and clean it up. After waiting about 30 minutes and several screw ups on who-​is-​next to go in, we finally got our table. We got our order in within a few minutes of being seated. We waited another 30 minutes after we inquired that other people seated after us were getting their food and we were still waiting on ours. The food came as soon as the server went and check on it. The food was cold, a good indication someone completely forgot to bring our food when it was ready. My wife didn’t eat the eggs she ordered because it was raw. I ordered my eggs fried but it came battered through. The pancakes my kids wanted suppose to look like a smiley face but instead looked like a melting face. And when I got the bill, it was twice as much what would have cost at Denny’s that we ate regularly for similar order. Just wasn’t worth the wait!
Guess I will be skipping and hopping away from IHOP again.

The hosting staff here have ZERO idea what they’re doing. There’s no strategy or plan around seating people who are waiting and you are barely afforded eye contact from the staff in the front. I did encounter the manager handle a complaint from another group and I will say she was professional and polite. Overall this place needs some work with their staff, they seem young and untrained.
