If I could give them a zero, I would in a heartbeat. They ruined my clothes! Dropped a new yellow shirt off, they mixed it in with the color batch. Dyed it grey beyond repair. The owner ‘handled” it himself, yet it’s still grey and no reimbursement was made. Two weeks later, it’s still not fixed. I’ve asked for reimbursement multiple times. I have a receipt. It’s still for sale in the store! Apparently no one is authorized to offer reimbursements when they destroy clothes, other than the owner who doesn’t return calls. Bad business all around. BEWARE!!!

I found this place when I could not get to my regular cleaners and I desperately needed my work shirt cleaned as soon as possible. I work in a food service environment so there were some oil stains that I thought were going to forever be there. I called around 6:50pm as they were about to close and the lady who answered the phone said she would wait for me to drop off my shirt before you left. I was so grateful when I showed up at 7pm and she actually waited for me! I came back a couple days later when they said it would be ready to pick up my shirt. The same lady who waited for me was there and said she didnt have the shirt because they took it to their other Pearland location to deep clean the food/​oil stains and that it would be ready the next day. I was kind of upset that they did this without telling me so I went to the other location off of FM 518. When I showed up, they had my shirt ready AND the stains I thought were permanent were GONE! I was extremely pleased. I would have gave them 5 stars but I feel like they could have informed me about the extra work they were going to do and that they moved my shirt to another location. I just recently got a pair of pants dry cleaned there for $ 3-​$ 4 and the shirt cost under $ 2 to clean. Plus, they have a drive through and they will hang up your clothes in your car for you. How nice!
