Amazing Service and Great attitude and great team! We are in town from california and called 5 different places. Tom answered the phone and told us he would be right over. He came over the next day and was efficient and friendly. Would use again in a heartbeat and love supporting local business!

Saw the Chem-​Dry team preparing to clean the carpet in another unit in my condo complex in Greenport, and asked Tom Perry (the owner) for an estimate. My wife and I had debated replacing the carpet in our unit, but Tom said «No problem, you’ll change your mind after we clean it?» The team arrived a few minutes early for their 9 a.m. appointment. When we returned we discovered his prediction was correct! Extra bonus — the office staff were a delight on the phone, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend them.
