Sorry Perez. But I will not come back anymore and have your wonderful carnitas… Yes they are extremely good, but when you start trying to nickel and dime me, that’s a deal breaker for me.
I loved going to this place on sundays to have either the Menudo, or the carnitas. Yesterday, lady must of been on one, because…1. she charged me for the tortillas… never happened before…2. she wanted to charge me for the plates, spoons, forks, and didn’t give us any lime or salt for our food. Granted… Food isn’t cheap, we spent almost $ 40! I had to go speak to management about the plates and stuff, she walked over and eventually gave us plates, spoons… etc…
I have money, thats not the problem. The problem is that if you start trying to charge for something, that you never charged for before… that is unacceptable. I will not be back… I will go eat the carnitas at El Ranchito… much closer to home… so I can just walk home and use MY OWN plates, spoons etc… NO BUENO Perez… you lost a good customer…

We’ve had the pollo and carne ranchera preparada and it always good. We always get compliments on the chicken. It’s really tender and juicy.
