The Classy Edge Barber Shop

I only get pretty standard hair cuts: 4 or 5 on top tapered to a 3 on the sides. It’s hard for anyone to mess it up and to date these guys haven’t.
What I like about this place are their attention to detail and the little perks like a straight razor clean-​up shaving on the neck and hot-​wet towels on the scalp.
I also like supporting a local small business over a chain and its in a convenient location for me.
The only thing I don’t quite like is the wait. Even if you get there and are first in line it’s not unusual to have to wait 30 minutes before you get a chair. No doubt because they’re not rushing through cuts and the aforementioned attention to detail. They also have a few leather couches and a flatscreen with ESPN on it so it’s not altogether a horrible wait.

Went there twice, first time was good, second time was not. Clean shop, nice enough waiting area, its really too bad, as having an actual barber shop would be nice, but my experience made sure I have ZERO INTEREST in going back.
First time was just a business cut, nothing really crazy. Second explained I wanted nothing, zero touched on top of my head, that I wanted it all kept long, just do sides /​back short. He kept moving to the top and «taking care of spit ends» or «cleaning it up», and I told him «how many times do I need to say, do not touch the top», to which he said, «I know what you need».
So yea, don’t remember the guys name, it was Oct /​Sept of 2014. Won’t be going back.

My husband was in need of a haircut and this place was recommended by friends. The shop was clean and the people were friendly! Not to mention he got a great cut! We will come back again if we are in the area!

The Classy Edge in Pelham NH is the best barber shop I have been to. Josh is the best. Everyone there are very professional and I would recommend this barber shop to all.
