Dillard’s

I’m giving it 2 stars only because they sell prestigious makeup lol. Where do I begin oh I know the shoe department which was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen the shoe displays were so close together which gave you hardly no space and even thou they separated brands from others I was confused and lost lol! The displays were all made up of a plastic see through tables which gave you visible view of how gross there carpet was you just felt like taking off your shoe was a bad idea. Luckily for them they hired a singer and had a private dj in front of this scary display to distract you from the look of the store. The Christmas was definitely the vibe in there that day thank goodness for the make ups and perfumes i felt safe over there. Please people your better of somewhere else. Lol

Average run of the mill dept store. I will say that this one is one of the better dept stores in this particular mall. Nice selections on clothing, and as well as a decent cosmetics area for ladies. Comparable to JC Penny and Macy’s.

Decent amount of shirt selections including Perry ellis y which is a high end expensive clothing company. They have sales at certain times of the year.

We had a great experience at this store. My mother-​in-​law recommended it after our futile shopping experience in Aventura last weekend. I had never been in Dillards that I can remember, so I didn’t have any expectations. Well, actually, I had low expectations to be more accurate. I have found the main department stores to be pretty consistently stocked with the same awful styles and sizes, indifferent staff, and dismal prices across the board. We were quite surprised by Dillards, particularly the men’s store and they really worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for. We walked out of there with great clothes my hubby loves and we didn’t feel like we were shaken down. Thanks Mom!

I rarely shop at Dillard’s, but if I do it’s to grab some make up from sephora. This particular day I came here to attend the Steve Madden event hosted by TV personality Julissa Bermudez & she was fabulous! After chatting & taking a picture with her I bought a sexy pair of Steve Madden heels & received a free umbrella for making a purchase. Also they gave out free Steve Madden’s crop t-​shirts, & his bags just for coming to the show. People stood in line for a autograph & pictures, but I didn’t. I ended up touring the store instead. It’s a very open space with a wide range of designers. Some I didn’t remember being in here. (Where have I been?) I guess elsewhere but here. Anyway I ended up buying a Jessica Simpson dress & BCBG romper (which I love & can’t wait to wear) All in all it was a win win for me! Yayyy Dillard’s I will be back to grab more goodies soon.
