Hair Cuttery

Terrible salon. Filthy, filthy filthy. I’ve never seen such a dirty salon. The only high point was Julie who gave my kid a good cut, but I won’t be returning

Went with my boyfriend for his haircut and had a short but awful experience. Stay away. Rudest people, overpriced, and dirty. Seriously hairs all over the floor even at the waiting chairs. So unprofessional. Left and went elsewhere.

If you like to pay for an over priced, crappy haircut, then sure, why not. I had to tell the stylist the areas she missed on my sons head (uneven lines, bad shave, horrible blend hair not cut Above ears) and she consulted who I’m assuming was the manager to confirm if i was right. Even after pointing out the areas she didn’t clip evenly and her feeble attempt at fixing it, it still was a crap job for 17 plus tip. After pointing out about three different things and she just sort of fixed it, i gave up and just left.

Since Hair Cuttery does not take appointments I walked in for a hair cut. The wait was 20 minutes, they put my name on the list and I said I had some errands to run and would return in 20 minutes. The receptionist told me that if I left my name would be removed from the list and I could then be added to the list when I returned.
Unfortunately I did not have 20 minutes to waste, so I left, got in my car, used my Iphone to see what other salons were near, called the Regis Salon at the mall, made an appointment, no waiting when I arrived and I got the best cut ever!
Customer service drives business, one miss step like this will lose you a customer forever.
Businesses will need to adapt to new technologies to stay competitive!

BTW — Regis has the same price structure as Hair Cuttery!

Been going to Hair Cuttery for years at different locations. Mostly the Miami Beach location on Alton Road. Until I visited this location after I moved to Pines. After a few different stylists cut my hair, I was lucky to have Julie cut my hair and she did a excellent job (not that the others were bad though). She’s been cutting my hair for over a year now and I now have to make an appointment every time I visit. I highly recommend her. Actually all of the stylists here are very good.
