Nuevolution Dance Studios

I’ve been to a handful of studios in south Florida and Nuevolution is by far my favorite. The owners/​directors Guy and Cristina (Papa Bear & Mama Bear) are very welcoming and all around wonderful people. Their friendly staff makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. But don’t be mislead by all the fun and kindness because that’s just the start… don’t get it twisted, these people can dance!!!
They offer an array of dance options such as salsa, bachata, rueda de casino, hip hop, zumba, and even classes for kids. The classes are very affordable and from time to time they have specials which make the lessons even less expensive than their already low prices. The lessons are formatted to ensure each student maximizes their full potential. The instructors focus on giving the students a strong foundation and good technique which pays huge dividends down the road when you are ready for more complex turns and spins.
If you’re considering taking the leap and learning how to dance I highly recommend Nuevolution.

First time doing Zumba and I must say it was a great workout. Me and my friends had a great time and now our bodies is paying for it. We will return next weekend.

Perfect for beginner baby ballet. No recitals but definitely a reasonable price. We go two times a week and it is fun and stress free for my daughter. Ballet teacher is nice as well.

I thought this deserved an update, because so many great things have happened in the past year! The studio opened a second location in the Plaza just east of this location, which means… More classes! I was also on a few performance teams last year, which was an amazing experience! Practice has just started for the performance teams this year, and we are so excited to perform again!
I know people stay away because they have never danced before, or feel like they’re going to be embarrassed. I guarantee that you will never feel that way! Your very first class with be with other beginners just like you and an amazing instructor that will break everything down to the basics. They only move you up into other levels when you’re ready. Just give it a try, the first class is free, and they have great prices thereafter!

I recommend the *beginners class for LA style. Cristina is a wonderful dancer & instructor. She’s sweet and patient. I have no doubt she will make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I haven’t been to this location in awhile but I’m happy to see that they’ve exponentially grown to also offer Casino, bachata, Zumba, hip hop, belly dancing, yoga and much much more. I will be going soon to try out their ballet classes on Tuesday nights. I can’t wait!

You can’t beat the instruction here. The teachers really want students to learn, advance and most importantly, have a good time. A cool and relaxed atmosphere describes both the school and the people who come frequent the studio. You want that after all. What a jewel of a place! Both novice and expert will find something here. If you want to feel like being part of a big family, then come to Nuevolution. I only joined 2 months ago, and i have never felt so welcome. I love coming here and learning how to dance Salsa (Casino Rueda, On 1 (LA Style) and On 2 (NY Style)), as well as Cha Cha and Bachata. The instructors make the classes a lot of fun and divide the class by different levels, depending on how well you dance yet. There are tons of activities we do together as a «Dance family» on the weekends and you get to meet new friends very quickly.
The owners Cristina and Guy put their heart into this dance studio, and you can feel it from the first moment you enter the studio.

I have taken Salsa lessons with a couple good instructors before I took the first class at Nuevolution. They teach 3 styles of salsa, Casino, LA, and on 2 the instructor, s for casino style Aileen, Cesar and Leonardo all have patience to teach and do so in a fun way. I have to say that they really knows how to break things down very well. If you really want to learn or improve Salsa dance, you definitely should consider learning with Nuevolution. I highly recommend it!!! They also teach other dance at this studio they have a great menu,(Hip Hop, Lyrical, Zumba, Yoga, TaeBo, etc.) and the owners will treat you like family when you come here to learn to dance.

First I want to say that I’ve been to lots of different studios in south florida, and it’s pretty easy to find great instructors. Nuevolution is no exception – the instructors are top notch, and you get that sense within a few minutes of taking a class with them.
What is very unique though, is the atmosphere of the studio. It’s family owned and operated, and the owners Guy and Cristina are amazing people. They are always smiling and available to welcome you. The studio is also relatively kid friendly with a waiting room with toys and books for kids. The variety of classes is the largest I’ve ever seen, and the prices are the lowest.
Parking can sometimes be tough since it’s in the same plaza as a YouFit, so it gets crowded at certain times, though don’t like this deter you – just arrive a few minutes earlier than you normally would.
Overall always a great experience, especially for kids and students.

All there classes are simply awesome and lots of fun but I must say their Casino Rueda class has become and addiction for me as it is just too much fun for me.
