bug in my drink, bug in my salad as well.- not okay at all. Servers were great though.

Olive garden is not at all a real Italian restaurant but it will do if you don’t know otherwise. I have been to different locations and the customer service and food sucks, except for the one located in the fountations. The service is good and the food. Even the salad. It’s sad from the other places when you can’t even make a simple salad. My review is based on the fountain location

This is the third time Ive been to this Olive Garden and I have to say I will never be back. You may think this is because of the food, but honestly — it isnt. Our food(one Rosemary Garlic Chicken, one Chicken Marsala Ravioli & Salad) was actually tasty. So you must be thinking it had to be our server… but no, Carlos was decent. You could tell he wasnt really happy about being there, but our salad was refreshed and he brought our drinks in a timely fashion. No, this one star review goes out to the cleanliness of the restaurant and one server… Courtney. When we first walked into the building something smelled awful! As you walked back to the dining room, which is so outdated, you could smell what could only be described as a mop head being left in a dirty bucket of water for no less than a week. But the further back we went the smell disapated. We were in the back of the dining room, and across from us there was a pretty large family there for dinner. This is where Courtney comes in. She knew the family at the table. Or at least I gathered she did since she was hugging and kissing all over the children at the table. The kids — who were coughing up a lung and not even covering their mouth were sharing their germs with the server. The server was loud and obnoxious. I could hear all of her conversations. She was carrying kids on her back through the dining room. But I get it, your family comes and you want to show off for them. What I find beyond unacceptable was her lack of hygiene. She brought the table a very large portion of zeppoli and proceeded to grab a plate and grab food with her fingers eating it. Then she immediately goes over to take the order of another table… No hand washing to be had! She was walking through the dining room chewing with her mouth open(food from the table of her family) and being so loud it was beyond rude to paying guests. She carried back a pile of drinks — her hands all over the tops of the glasses for the table behind us which totally skeeved me out! Youd think that was enough… But no, there is more! So much more! As her family was walking out she was digging down the back of her pants! DIGGINGHERHANDSDOWNTHEBACKOFHERPANTS… On the dining room floor. I gagged. I thought — no way, a server would not do that on the dining room floor… In front of other guests… But yes! She most certainly did. And then as if once was not good enough — she did it again after delivering items to the table. I really thought she had to be doing this on purpose! After all of that, as we were walking out she was in what I think was the drink area or an ordering station picking her teeth! Seriously — so disgusting. I was thinking about speaking to the manager but since two managers came over to the table where the family was and Courtney was just lounging at a table they obviously didnt care. Beware patrons of the Pembroke Pines Blvd Olive Garden, you may not want to have someone who cares so little about personal hygiene serving your food. Courtney obviously took the whole when youre here youre like family thing to heart.

Horrible customer service and the food took 30 minutes and the portion was so small. The manager also argued with us and didn’t try to fix the problem. We will not be going back there!

Well, I was VERY reluctant to go to this Olive Garden location. I have been in the past and had very bad experiences with service. I went on a Sunday around 1:00 P.M. and was pleasantly surprised! The service and the food was great! Anyone who knows me knows that I absolutely LOVECHEESE! It’s no getting around it! My Lasagna was loaded with cheese. The flavor was spot on and those breadsticks were straight out of the oven. Olive Garden’s Salad was light and refreshing. But more than anything else… I appreciated the quality service. The waiter was checking on a regular basis to make sure that the drinks were filled and we had everything that we needed. I haven’t been to this location in a while but something has changed because the service and the food has improved.

Came here today for the first time, we were seated right away. Our server was ok he was nice but not very attentive at all. We kept having. Different servers come to our table to check on us and get us more break and soup before our meal arrived. He seemed to be busy with a party across from us which I don’t feel is very fair Bc we were there first. But ok I understand he needed to get them situated and started. I ordered spaghetti with garlic sauce and chicken. It literally had one small chicken breast sliced to five pieces and a whole lot of noodles. I don’t recommend this dish. Soup was good and bread was amazing as usual. I don’t know if I’ll attend this location again.

The food was good, but the hostess was rude and the restrooms were disgusting! Went for dinner, the place was nearly empty. The hostess never cracked a smile. Just asked how many. We were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and we got our food fast. The food was good, not great. After dinner I went to use the restroom and is was filthy! An employee was using the restroom and didn’t even do anything to clean the place up. When I left the restroom I went to the hostess station and told the unfriendly hostess that seated us previously that the rest room needed attention. She said, «yeah, we’ll get to that later.» I kind of felt like I had put her out by telling her about the restroom. Not sure if we will go there again.

The food was cold, no refill on the waters, the food was not freshly made. Very disappointed. The salad is my favorite on the menu.

I was at the restaurant Saturday August 22, 2015 the restaurant floor was dirty, table was sticky from clean with a nasty dirty rag, waiters transferring garbage bags through the restaurant, restaurant smells like mildew, tables are left with plates for a while, Bread sticks were in a nasty paper napkin the salad was soggy, waiters on cell phones, drinks are over flown to the top of the cups from the bar and are spilling over. This use to be one of my favorite restaurants and I’m so disgusted I won’t be returning. I hope out of the 5 managers someone would have common sense to change this, if not they need to be shut down.

Haven’t been here in a while! Decided my lil monkey & I were very hungry after shopping at Trader Joe’s(shout out to the best store ever!) We wanted take out since we had frozen stuff in the mom mobile! We went to the bar to order. Sat down & the young lady said be back in a second. I said take your time with a smile. While waiting a gentleman came up a few minutes after us & sat at the bar. Now none of you know me, but I am totally the most patient person in the world! When she came back she went over to him, greeted him & proceeded to take his drink order. I’m thinking what about us? Keeping in mind I have frozen stuff in the car, I get the worlds«worst mom» award because my kid only had a banana & a NuGo bar all day(delicious vegan bars!!!) & time isn’t stopping I kind of wanted to feed her sooner than later. I’m not a complainer so I smiled & walked away. I went to a to a waiter & asked a few questions about the menu. He was so nice & helpful! I wanted HIM to take my order. Their policy only allows the bar to take«to go orders». This mama gets her way so I sat at his table & ordered my food in take out containers. Ok, this waiter was trained very well! He saw my kid & right away brought her water, a coloring book & crayons. I didn’t feel rushed. He made us feel like we were in a grandmas kitchen! I know I’m making a fuss but there is so much negativity out there when I see a young kid go above & beyond with genuine courtesy it needs to be blasted all over Unilocal! He was shy & probably didn’t want his photo taken, but he let me anyway lol so if you are in the neighborhood stop in & ask for him(Christian L). Guaranteed you will get the service you deserve! Only took one star off because instead of excellent service falling into our lap I had to seek it out. The girl at the bar was sweet & kind… Pretty smile, but next time definitely take the customers in order how they arrive.

Absolutely horrible service, the waiter lacked the most basic skill which is being a good SERVER. I wont mention any names but when I had left this restaurant I honestly wanted to call them up and just complain about everything she did and didn’t do! 1. Completely forgot our drinks, which I was almost charged for had I not mentioned the lack of drinks in our table. I was really exited to unwind and relax with my drink, which she kept on insisting was gonna come over ‘any second now’. My friend was also excited to pair up a drink with her meal but we had to settle for water since it never came over. 2. She screwed up my order, which I was again almost charged for since it didn’t bring the chicken I asked for. Now this part is a complaint for the cook. My pasta was SWIMMING in grease, the dish was so disgustingly greasy that whenever I would bite into it the amount of oil will start leaking out. Also, have these people ever heard of ‘al dente’? I asked for pasta, not gooey spaghetti, my pasta was so overcooked that I felt I was eating a TV dinner at a nursing home. I left my whole plate untouched for the rest of the meal, had the waiter been a good server she would have asked ‘is everything okay with the meal?’ or she would have attempted to correct the lack of quality from my food. My friends chicken on her chicken Alfredo dish was also completely burnt to a crisp. The dissatisfaction on my face was abundantly clear but she was so oblivious to her own skill that she couldn’t even simply ASK what was going on. 3. And finally the personality of what ‘olive garden’ is was just not there! Never coming back to this or any location! At this point I think Marie Callender’s TV dinners would more edible that this Olive Gardens food!

Customer service was okay… The food was not so great but great salad and breadsticks. I ordered a build your own pasta(chicken Alfredo) with soup and it was pretty lukewarm plus the pasta had a weird taste to it. I was better off ordering chicken Alfredo instead of building it my own. However, I didn’t have to pay for the nasty pasta and I ended up getting a classic from them which tasted pretty good. Is it the best italian restaurant I’ve ever been to? No Is it a mainstream restaurant? Yes. I can’t complain too much about this place. I will come back to update this review. P. s. Unless you don’t mind waiting for 20 minutes, do NOT come on Sunday.

My mom and I went here for lunch around 3PM on a Sunday. There was about a 20 minute wait, but we expected it. We ordered the $ 12.994 course meal deal. The bread sticks and salad was good, as always. My mom got crispy risotto bites which were decent. I got hummus and it came without pita chips. What the hell?!? It was also room temperature which was strange. After that came a very boring tortelloni which tasted quite strange at first. After I got over the strange taste, I realized the sauce tasted like something I would buy at the grocery store. For dessert I got some type of dark chocolate docini. It was extremely 1-note(just sweet). Speaking of things that are 1-note, our server was nothing to write home about. We never got refills on drinks or salad and she seemed to have no personality. As far as the clenliness of the restaurant, the window shades were quite dusty. The women’s restrooms could use some work in the trash department but other than that they were clean. I have been to this location before on a weekday and sat in the café section and the service was extremely slow. Overall, a pretty forgettable experience. It filled my stomach, but didn’t satisfy my taste buds.

The soup and salad is good. But the chicken parmigiana at $ 15.79 is way stingy on the sauce and topping. Overall it’s pretty steady and reliable for a chain but I would never order this again. A good restaurant doesn’t fry chicken and slap bland sauce and some cheese on a the chicken and call it chicken parmigiana. It’s embarrassing. Nothing wrong with the chicken, it’s just poorly executed. The problem with the Olive Garden, in my opinion, it just feels completely uninspired!

Being a pasta lover, I always wanted to dine at Olive Garden. Now the opportunity has finally arrived. Strolling in with the lunch crowd, the hostess greeted me and quickly took me to be seated. I was impressed on how chic the place was. As I sat down, two servers, Jack and Kyle, came by and asked me if I wanted to sample some moscato wine. At first I was going to decline Jack’s offer, but then I thought… what the hell. One drink isn’t going to kill me. First time I tasted moscato. I’m more accustom to drinking white zinfandel. I’m very picky with wines because I prefer them sweet & fruity. The moscato tasted pretty good. It was crisp and lightly sweet. It didn’t take long to decide what I wanted to eat. I wanted to try the Fiesta Italiana Four Course meal, which starts off with unlimited breadsticks and your choice of house salad or homemade soup(chicken & gnocchi, pasta fagioli, minestrone, zuppa toscana). Then your choice of a small plate(chicken meatballs, crispy risotto bites, roasted garlic hummus). A choice among six different entrees(asiago tortelloni with meat sauce, tri-colored penne with marinara, spaghetti with 5 cheese marinara, smoked mozzarella chicken, fettuccine alfredo, shrimp alfredo), and then you finish off with dessert(dark chocolate caramel cream, limoncello, strawberry & white chocolate, chocolate mousse, amaretto tiramisu) Jack quickly brought my first course. The breadsticks was nice & soft, and the pasta fagioli was very hearty. It was a tomato based soup with small pasta, white beans, and bits of meat. Jack added some shredded cheese on top. It was sooo good, I asked for another serving. While I was finishing my soup, Jack brought the second course. He warned me the chicken meatballs was a bit spicy and I told him that I think I could handle it. When I put the first few pieces into my mouth I could already taste the pepper. MAMAMIA, that was some spicy meatballs! But I was able to eat it… thank God for the water. The meatballs was moist and well seasoned. Ieven ate the zesty marinara sauce. Around this time my stomach was half full as Kyle brought the third course. The asiago tortelloni was al dente with a delicious meat sauce. Sadly I couldn’t finish it all and asked Kyle if I could get a container to carry my leftovers home. Jack brought the fourth course. For dessert, I ordered the strawberry & white chocolate and it was delectable. I didn’t care who was watching. I closed my eyes and savored the creaminess of the white chocolate and the sweetness of the strawberries. It was like receiving a passionate kiss that I didn’t want to end. My dining experience at Olive Garden was extraordinary. Everything from the service to the food was exceptional. Not only were my servers friendly and courteous, but I observed the rest of the servers the exact same way with the other customers. They all came in a timely manner to check if everything was to your liking or if you needed anything. My only problem was, I was so stuffed that I had to burp. And not those lady like quiet burps. The loud kind that you let out when no one is around to hear you, but I’ll suffer for now until I get outside. I also ordered some zeppoli to take home. It’s Italian doughnuts that comes with chocolate dipping sauce. Though I was extremely full, I took a bite of one. Light, soft, and delicious. Worth the money spent. I walked in with an empty stomach and I left with an overfilled one. I would absolutely come back to try more of their tasty dishes. If this is how Italians eat, then I wouldn’t mind becoming a citizen. Now excuse me as I waddle to my vehicle. BUUUUURRPP!

To begin with this place is alwayssss packed on the weekends, a min. of 45 minute wait. So when you come here head straight to the bar like we did for a cold one. We had an awesome waiter called Eric! Shoutout to Erick! He deserves it I went with two people who kept changing their minds every second but he was patient. We all felt that the restaurant was way under staff but Eric did his best to stay on top if us. The food was basic I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo with mushroom and chicken, nothing out of this world. Same goes for the bread sticks and soup nothing amazing that I would HAVE to go back for.

I love Olive Garden’s food. However, whenever I come to this location I get bad service. My server didn’t tell me about the never ending pasta bowl, didn’t bring me bread sticks; which I heard another server tell a customer they were waiting for some. I have no problem with that, but my server should’ve let me know. It’s a shame this place is the only close Olive Garden to me. Oh, and please get wi-fi :-)

I’ve been to this restaurant quite a couple of times and their. IT’S OVERRATED. The only time I’ve found this restaurant to be packed and having a 1 hour wait time is during Valentines. Aside from that, we are always seated immediately. Staff is a bit slow and waiters have declined over the years but the food is still the same. I also find that their food has gone up in price. Not by much but still… We also went into this location during their unlimited soup and salad promo. We were told that their promotion had ended. We googled it and it was still active pretty much everywhere else. So fuck this OG for that. Their stuffed mushrooms and fried calamari are pretty tasty. But the stuffed mushrooms at the Cheesecake factory are the best. This restaurant is crap.
