Paradigm Podiatry

I learned about Paradigm Podiatry through the Unilocal app. I was having severe pain in my feet. It was so bad that the only thing I could wear were open toe shoes. As soon as I entered the facility, I checked in through the Unilocal App. I received 25% off of my copayment due to a coupon in the app for first time patients. The staff was extremely friendly at the front desk. I think I waited about 10 minutes before they called me in. The only reason I waited that long was because I was the one still filling out the paperwork. The moment I turned in my paperwork, they called me to the back. Dr. Holder came in and she was EXCELLENT! She was very thorough and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. When she finished doing what she needed to do, she walked me up front and gave me a goodie bag (which I thought was really sweet). I haven’t experienced any serious pain since I’ve seen her. I would recommend her to anyone.

I went to see Dr Holder after reading her reviews on various medical websites. She was awesome. The office was clean, easy to find and her staff was very friendly. Her lobby had a Kuerig which I took full advantage of!
Once I signed in, I waited about 5 minutes until she was ready for me. She was patient, very knowledgeable and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a doctor of any kind.
When I was checking out, (she personally checks out her patients to ensure all questions were answered), she gave me a cute little goody bag which I think is such a nice gesture!

I went to see Dr. Holder as a referral from my chiropractor. She was able to see me the same day. Her office is conveniently located in a complex with other medical specialties.
Her lobby area was interesting. First of all, there’s a Keurig machine with various teas and coffees available. Now, everyone who knows me knows how much I love that machine!!! On a more serious note though, she had a library of books for children and adults to read. None of the old tired, tattered outdated magazines. I was impressed!
I’m all about physicians having a good rapport with patients. Dr. Holder was definitely not lacking in that area. She was professional, yet quite pleasant to talk to/​with. It’s obvious that she knows her business. After her examination, she gave me her diagnosis and recommended treatment plan, which I felt comfortable with. I look forward to Dr. Holder helping me get my feet together!!!
