Pines Lawn Sprinklers Inc

I hadn’t reviewed this business before because I was giving them a chance but they lost it. I called this company out of the yellow pages because I was having problems with my sprinklers and we were getting new landscaping. The first call and service was very good. They came out immediately, checked the damages, gave me a quote and proceeded to, supposedly, repair everything after I approved.
All went well for a couple of weeks, the sprinklers were working and the plants were happy. Then BOOM! they stopped working… hummm…so I called them again and they came over and fix it AGAIN. One more time, it worked fine for a couple of weeks so I called again, explained the situation, which shouldn’t had bee happening since they «fixed» everything and they were coming over, I made arrangements at work to be there… no one showed up. I called again, left a message and NOTHING! no one called me back, no one came over to finish fixing what I already paid for.
It’s BAD customer service like this that makes companies go down. If you are not going to take care of your customers… DON’T BE IN BUSINESS.
