I came to this office because I really, really needed an eye exam after not having received one for 5 years or so. I found this place through Groupon which had a deal where for $ 49 you received an eye exam with a $ 122 credit to use towards your purchase of glasses. Scheduling my appointment was pretty easy and I was able to complete all of the paperwork online so that when I got to the doctor’s office, I didn’t have to bother with filling anything out. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and was seen right away. The girl who manages the office was very friendly and she did an evaluation to see what prescription was in the lens of my previous glasses. Shortly after, I saw the doctor. He was very friendly and professional and explained each test that he was conducting on my eyes so that I knew what was going on. I had a really positive experience here and I would definitely recommend them based on customer service. However, I would caution one thing. The $ 122 credit I had to use towards the glasses wasn’t a huge discount in relation to the cost of the lens + the frame. All of the frames are designer brand; and not Arizona and Co designer, but designer brand as in Fendi, Gucci, Michael Kors, Juicy Couture, Dolce&Gabana, etc. I came here willing to spend a little more on frames because the glasses I previously had I hated so I wanted to make sure that this time I picked a frame I really liked instead of basing my decision on cost. However, if you’re pinching pennies this probably is not the office for you because you’re looking to spend at minimum $ 300 (even with your Groupon). I did pay out of pocket as my insurance doesn’t cover non-​medical eye related stuff, but if you have an insurance company that will make a payment towards your frames, then it should help to alleviate the cost. Overall, the customer service was great and their selection of frames was pretty broad as well (I did notice that the men’s selection seemed kind of limited though). The different shapes and colors available allowed me to pick something that I really liked and I know I’ll be happy with for a long time. If you’re price conscious, you can still get your eye exam done here and take the prescription elsewhere. The doctor and office manager are both extremely friendly and helpful which makes for a great customer service experience.

This office is great. Staff is very helpful, the doctor was awesome, and I love my new glasses. I recommend this doctor to everyone!

These guys are great. Small office, which I prefer. They take care of my whole family. My daughter constantly needs her glasses adjusted or put back together. They have always been available when we have a problem.
