Kovack Mechanical has been my go-to HVAC company for both my home and rental properties for a number of years now. Mike has helped out in a couple of 911 after-hours situations and is just super reliable and really knows his stuff. His yearly maintenance plans have no extra «fluff» like you usually see. Our heat pump stopped cooling the day before we were going to put our house on the market to sell! Mike made a special effort to get to us on short notice to get us cooling again before the buyers started showing up. It turned out to be a bad capacitor and Mike had the part on hand to get us up and running that night. Thanks Mike!
