We came to City Mattress after having a terrible experience with our last mattress 5 years ago at Metro Mattress. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Joe B. I asked if they had any water and he took me in their own break room and poured me a glass of water. He could have easily said no. After that we went through several different types of mattress. We ended up going with a mattress that we absolutely love! We even spoiled ourselves with adding the adjustable base for our mattress which adjusts the head and foot of the bed and massages! We love our purchase and Joe did a fantastic job listening to our needs and making sure we were satisfied!

My family went shopping here on sunday jan 16th. John was so helpful, super nice and we bought great mattress from here. He was super friendly, patient and didn’t pressure us. Great experience!
