Best cigar shop in Pensacola! Amazing place to swing in an pick up a few sticks or hang out to play dominos or watch TV in the lounge. They regularly have great events from all the major cigar brands.

If you DON’T like great, knowledgeable staff, a good selection of cigars, a nice beer selection with a little wine on the side, cushy chairs to relax in, big televisions and a game room as well, don’t go here. The people are wonderful and so is the atmosphere. Ryan is very knowledgeable, Tom and Jerry are very pleasant to speak with, and Wyatt is very smart and fun to talk with as well and if you like to talk about sandwiches, he’s your guy. All just good people.
Go down and have a smoke, it’s a good brick and mortar.

I walked in to the store and a young guy working there followed me into the humidor and asked me what flavor profile I was looking for, and not being a cigar aficionado, I just briefly explained what kind of cigar I was looking for (mild, smooth, connecticut tobacco), and his response was, «Well clearly you don’t know anything about cigars.» So I told him to forget it and I just picked a couple that I hadn’t tried before. When I went to go check out, he called me «little buddy» and asked if I wanted my cigar cut and proceeded to cut it while still in the plastic. Perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever received at any type of business.

So yeah, there was a rough spell with low inventory. Good news though, the shop is under new ownership and the shelves are in good shape and getting even better. Stop in and check out the progress!

Absolute best place for cigars in town, and out of town, for that matter. Seriously, if you don’t stay in Pensacola, and you enjoy a quality smoke, make the drive out here as often as you possibly can. Talk to Trip, because he really knows his product, and knows it well. Very cool vibe; either sit in silent bliss and smoke, or chat it up with the fantastic crowd here. Everyone is so personable here, and after a few months now, I’ve built up a report that has yet to be surpassed by any other business I’ve come in contact with. I’m at the point now where I can just walk in and Trip knows exactly what to show me and what I’m looking for, and who knows, maybe he can do the for you, so come on by!

This place could easily be my second home! I know every time I am in Pensacola I will be spending some evening here.
The selections is great, the service is great. The staff will bend over backwards to help you out. I really cannot say enough great things about this place.
