I was in great need of cupcakes yesterday for an event. I went here at 4:40pm and the store was closed. The sign said they were open from 10am to 5pm, but this was not the case. You may want to call the store first and make sure someone is there. I ended up going to the grocery store down the road.

This comment from my 4 year old summarizes our experience yesterday: «Why is this cupcake all dried up?» We got a pumpkin spice and a mocha chocolate. The pumpkin was better than the mocha, but they were both very dry. Hoping it was just a fluke. We’ll give them another shot.

Love this place! The flavor combinations are amazing. So much better than oh snap cupcakes in pensacola. The Elvis is my favorite, but honestly have never had a cupcake from here that i didnt like.

My cupcake was really dry and almost stale. I thought the selection was also very limited. After reading other people’s posts, I feel that perhaps I was just unlucky that day. *shrugs*

I agree with the last post. This shop is cute, and if you are a cupcake type of person you could visit this place at least once. I also had the Red Velvet that was dry and crumbled and definitely not worth $ 3. Ill go to Krispy Kreme next time i want something sweet. I also tried a friends Boston Crème and it was alot better. but almost sickly sweet.

I love this place we have tried(other) cupcake locations in Pensacola & were not happy. Then we came across the Cupcake Emporium(happy day) the employees are very nice the owner is there most of the time. They have MANY different types of cupcakes they change them up daily so each time you go in you get to try something new. The chocolate banana, lemon, margarita ect… they are all wonderful. We are getting cupcakes for my wedding this fall from here. Who needs a cake when you can have a ton of yummy cupcakes in many flavors!

We happened to notice a new sign in Pensacola the other day — as luck would have it, it was sign for the Cupcake Emporium! Cupcakes are loads of fun, so of course, we had to try it! In case you’re hunting for this place, it’s directly next door to Baskin Robbins(a fitting partnership suitable for sustained weight gain). What I liked about Cupcake Emporium — creativity! Having tried Oh Snap, I felt like they had standard cupcakes with decorative toppers. The difference at the Cupcake Emporium is that they took it to the next level by baking in a little surprise — in my cupcake, I discovered a peanut butter ball in the middle. My wife had a ribbon of cream cheese in hers. What a great idea to make themselves just a bit different! Be sure to stop by & check out the Cupcake Emporium!

I sent several dozen cupcakes(a variety of flavors) to my wife’s job as a prelude to her birthday the following day for her staff and her to enjoy. I Pre-ordered one day ahead. The staff was very helpful and patient in helping me decide on what flavors to include. CUPAKEEMPORIUM delivered them the following day and time I requested to her job at no extra charge. They were a «Big Hit» with my wife and her staff and they still talk of how good they were. As a result, several staff have asked where I purchased them and we have made several referrals to «CUPCAKEEMPORIUM». I’ll definitely be a returning customer! Antoine W

After hearing about this place from a friend, I decided to go here after lunch and before a movie. The place was clean, simple, modern and very cute! I was in love once I saw pumpkin.(one of my fav. flavors) lol I decided to try cookie dough as well while the bf got carrot cake and the vanilla cake with chocolate butter cream. He joked that it was the most he’d ever spent on cupcakes($ 2.75 each), but I knew that it was a typical price for a gourmet cupcake shop. They were very good — cake not dry nor frosting too sweet.(I’ve eaten at Sweet in Orlando and vaguely remember them being a bit too sweet for my tastes.) They mentioned they have several flavors they rotate and to come back again to check out some different flavors. Would definitely come back again for those times I’d like to have a sweet treat!

Good flavors, especially the cookie dough. I don’t know how they got their frosting to taste exactly like cookie dough, but it was amazing– the cake part was just ok. Red velvet is good too. Don’t save it for the next day without sealing them in some kind of container because the cake gets dried out.

My wife and I visited this shop while on vacation! While my wife loved the way the shop«looked», I was looking for a decadent treat. I ordered the Red Velvet and the classic butter crème. My wife had the Grasshopper. OK, the Red Velvet was seriously good. I took the butter crème back to the hotel and ate it the next day. It was extremely moist even a day old! This place is excellent and the service is warm too. I will make it a ritual every year! Rob H. Customer for life!

This is a very cute shop, and the help is very friendly. However, the cupcakes are less than tasty, and at $ 3 each, not worth it. The day I stopped in, there were only 4 types of cupcakes available, so I chose my old standby, Red Velvet. I was disappointed to find the cake crumbly and dry, and the icing overly oily. While the cupcake was large, it was not tasty enough for me to want to eat that much. I will not be back.
