I am active duty military and recently I was transferred to Pensacola Florida from San Diego and I had to do a 6 day trip with 2 dogs 2 kids and my husband road tripping it over here and by the end of it my car needed a lot of TLC .I walked into a super friendly staff and told them my story, they scheduled me the next day and when I picked up my car it looked like i just picked it up from the dealership. Probably better then when I bought it. They did an amazing job and the office was full of free treats, snacks and drinks for the people who choose to wait. That’s not something people see very often. Again the staff was super friendly and professional .I will be back for all my automotive needs.

I continue to be impressed by Evan’s Automotive. Every time I have used them I have left satisfied. They are very professional, honest and willing to go the extra mile to help out their customers. It is currently 5:18 (they close at 5:00) and they are on the way to my house to pick me up and take me back to the shop to grab my car. Wow.
These guys go above and beyond and to top it all off, have one of the cleanest waiting rooms I’ve ever seen in a auto shop.

Best shop in town, hands down! The owner Curtis, and his staff are so friendly, and professional when they help with my car needs. It’s a great feeling knowing that when my mechanic recommends that I need a service done, that he is looking out for my interest, and not just trying to make a quick buck. I fully trust Evans Automotive to service my vehicle, and I know I’m getting honest service.

These people have been very, very good to us. I recommend them to everyone! Everyone is friendly, communicative and keeps their word. Highly recommended!

The BEST place in Pensacola. You could not ask for a better place to get your car or truck worked on. The staff is friendly, the work is exceptional, and they are honest which is hard to find in the automotive world. Kwok’s review is obviously a jealous competitor. I would not go to another automotive center in Pensacola. I take all my cars to Evans. Recently I took my 1961 T-​bird in to have the radiator replaced and a few other things. The owner himself came in to work on the car, did a fantastic job, and even did some extra work I didn’t know needed to be done. They even let me buy my own parts and bring them in to save money. Great place and great people. Waiting room has free coffee, drinks, snacks, and wifi and they have a free shuttle service to take you back home after you drop off your car. What more could you ask for? Military discount, well yes they do that too. Evans is the best!

There’s no mistake. This is the shop and I remember very well. It was years back that I took my car there because it was right down the street. Heather Mist 97 Honda Accord. I argued with you guys over the phone on releasing it to have it towed back when you guys refused and told me I had to sell it to you guys. I even had to go to the shop personally to argue with you guys to get my car released.

As a new resident of Lillian, AL, Evan’s is the closet mechanic to me that I felt comfortable bringing my truck to as a new customer. At first visit I was overwhelmingly impressed with the immaculate, welcoming office area. It felt like a living room. Mike addressed all my truck’s needs and kept me notified every step of the way. They came to pick me up at my house when the truck was ready and once again the transport vehicle and driver were immaculately clean.
As a new customer I got a goodie bag and a coupon for a free wash/​vac. My truck feels brand-​new and runs so much better than before. I think Evan’s is a rare business that «walks the talk» of customer service.
