Do NOT rent from these people. I was a tenant for over 2 years and they were impossible to get a hold of. I had a broken shower and bad water heater and they were never fixed.
Also they are not returning my calls about them keeping my security deposit past the required return date. Now I have to get a lawyer involved, which from what I read on other internet sites about them, is a common thing.
In short, if I were you, I’d look elsewhere to do business.
