Waffle House

It’s Waffle House… fast service… is it the healthiest thing? No… but it is delicious!!!

Do yourself a favor (or two):
1)Go to richeys and get a bottle of liquor
2)On your way home, grab waffle mix and whatever breakfast item you want
3) cook breakfast and get wasted when you get home… If you don’t want the breakfast then, save it and heat it up when you’re really drunk.
That right there will save you $$$ from a bar and from eating this nasty trash excuse for the holiest of holy meals.

I had an overall amazing experience here. We went on a busy Sunday and were warmly welcomed in, even though the place was packed. Our rather large group sat down right away and the entire staff was so friendly. Our waitress wasted no time, and checked on us frequently. Such southern hospitality, it was amazing. The food was too die for. If you’re a health nut, well I’m sorry, this may not be the place for you. I got the most delicious chocolate chip waffle and it was so good I didn’t even care about the calories. Heck I was on vacation. Love this place and can’t wait to come back next year!

Food is great and they are open late. The prices are reasonable and they serve breakfast all day!

Smothered and covered

I sat down at the counter due to it being crowded and no one served me. Then a couple sat next me and a server named Chris served them but didn’t even acknowledge me. Finally a server named Adam took my order — he was nice and the food was good thus making an uncomfortable situation better.

The staff is always been nice and courteous. The food is always been great and cooked in a timely manner. A little hard to get in and out of because of the weird way that they got the roads laid out but I would recommend you stop by this place if you’re in the mood for breakfast food at any time.

Maybe it’s because I’m from California, but the Waffle House was a huge disappointment. The waitress was nice and friendly. Food was cheap but you get what you pay for. I asked for extra crispy hash browns which were not and my waffle was soggy. The waitress said she’d bring me another one but it never came. The orange juice was watered down. If you’re visiting from out of state, I’d say pass on this one.

the wait for this place is up and down. common sense says that you’ll have to wait longer during a regular mealtime. i’ve been here for a brunch type of deal and had to wait, but not too long. i’d say 10 – 15 mins. seating IS rather limited, but that could just be a factor of THIS particular location. i’m unfamiliar with other waffle houses. does the wait affect the quality of the food? absolutely not! if time is a factor, i’d try to visit during a non-​popular mealtime or come when you have time! the people here show that genuine southern hospitality and help you to awesome food at a great price. what’s not to love?

..No bells and whistles here. No fancy folded up napkins in the shape of a swan. No Maitre d’ having to seat us. No Fancy Schmancy menus written in French. The IHOP here is a DUMP. It’s 2am, and still time to make a GOOD decision. That’s Waffle House man. It’s where the people are. If you ever wanna get a good read on a city, go to the nearest Waffle House, sit at the counter and get ready to become awed. A person from every walk of life comes in here. (Which could be good or bad) and talk about multi-​tasking, to be able to cook waffles, eggs, grits, cheese grits, toast, bacon, and sausage all at the same time is as almost as impressive as scientists splitting the atom… and it helps that the menu’s have pictures on them for the times when I come in after «da club» and Im a little tipsy. 5 stars America!

Consistent, nice staff, cheap, fast and always available!

I don’t think that there’s anybody where Waffle Houses proliferate that doesn’t know what to expect on a visit here.
Best hash browns of anyplace, ever. The rest of the vittles are mediocre, but welcome after a late night.
