First time I went there they had a nice service and help me out with all the doubts I had. Now I left my Audi for a 20k service they didn’t have a piece because my car model is not available in the US but they had it in just one more day. They forgot to fill up the anti freezer fluid, I came back and they just kindly filled it up. So far the experience has been good enough

Total confusion at this dealership. I spoke with the same service representative five times and he could never remember my name and which car was mine. It took over two weeks to replace a blown tire and rim — that should give you a clue as to how organized and helpful they are. They constantly promise to call you«right back» with information but it’s usually one or two days later. Avoid if possible.
