Mark Monge is our RFL. Realtor for life. The guy is good. Honestly, we had a chance to work with Mark before, through our companies relo program. We declined because we thought his estimate of what we could sell our house for was too low. By the time we realized the realtor we chose was just telling us what we wanted to hear, it was too late. And our house ended up selling for exactly what Mark said it would. We didn’t make that mistake again. We called Mark for a home purchase in early October of 2014. He got us in to see the home the next day, had offer paperwork in his briefcase in case we wanted to buy(we did) and sent it off that day. Negotiations were quick and painless, Mark had a lot of excellent advice, and we closed on the house the day before Halloween. Plus, we got a free pie. Pie makes everything better. If we ever have to move again, knowing that Mark is on our side will be one of the bright spots.

We recently sold our home and the buyers agent was with Maloof. The negotiations were painful. She was clueless when it came to the inspection process. Her contractual paper work was incomplete! My agent had to be «on her» all the time. She dragged things out and really didn’t even have her client’s best interest at heart. I don’t know if she was new or just lacked competence, but the managing broker stepped in to assist.finally. I gave her one star because she was a pleasant person.
