I LOVE my stylist that rents a chair out here, Crystal Lutes. She has natural talent with hair, instead of so many who just go to school because it’s fast and there are a million salons to work at. Crystal really looks at your hair and tells you what it will and will not do. She will take one look at a picture of a hair cut and say, nope this person’s hair is the opposite of yours and if I do this, you won’t look anything like this picture. She will go over the options you have for YOUR hair type which means it always looks good. She likes for me to have lot sof input into the cut/​color & takes into account how much styling I want to do and how often I want to get it colored/​highlighted. Crystal only takes cash & checks FYI but she is soooo reasonably priced-​with her talent she could be charging $ 100 a cut in Chicago!
I had to take a star off for this location being so big and echoey inside. It’s like a big high ceilinged barn — there is no intimacy with you & your stylist.
