Sunrise recently installed 2 new A/​C/​Heating units for us. They were outstanding in all aspects including product and service. They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and overall pleasant. (And they were fastidious in their clean-​up!) There was no pressure in their sales pitch and followed thru on all they said they would perform’ We would/​will recommend them to neighbors and friends and any others who inquire.

Excellent family owned company! Unfortunately I’ve had many encounters with my ac going out do to the poor quality of a goodman. Every time I call sunrise mechanical they are there the same day or early the next. They call when they’re on their way. Excellent customer service in the office, just the best! The ac technicians are knowledgeable and always have the parts needed on board or in hands reach. I really can’t say enough about this solid company. Give them a call, you won’t be dissatisfied. Hands down my #1 A team, thank you!

Juan from Sunrise Mechanical was Awesome. When our A/​C went out Sunrise Mechanical sent Juan out first thing in the morning. He was friendly, polite, & explained the problem & the cost so even I could understand it.

I cannot over-​emphasize how appreciative I am to Sunrise Mechanical right now, as the summer starts to heat up and my A/​C unit continues to give me trouble. They seem completely dedicated to making these painful repairs work for me, my budget, etc. They also seem more knowledgeable than the other groups we’ve worked with.
After Parker and Sons came out and gave us a really rough time, we called Sunrise based on a recommendation from a friend. We are now at a point where we will make accommodation plans just to be able to wait for Sunrise to come help us, rather than seek help from some of the bigger names immediately.

Sunrise Is my one and only future AC/​Heating company! My a/​c went out during the hottest week this year, I left a message Thursday evening and at 8:00 am on Friday morning they called me and even as busy as they were they were able to get me on the board for service that afternoon! The tech, Scott came out and was able to diagnose the problem and get my AC up and running in an hour! Not only that but he had to scale a 2 ½ condo building to even get to my AC unit, not an easy or desirable task!
You won’t find a more honest, trustworthy company out there! Thank you Sunrise, so glad I was referred to you and will never look back at another company for my business!

Love this company! They call when they are on their way, and if they had an issue causing them to run late, they offer to reschedule. It is a family owned and operated company, and also employs veterans! They are hard working and honest, and will give you great service for a fair price.

Excellent customer service and a family owned business. Sunrise Mechanical has been servicing my rental home for 7 years now and I have never had an issue with them. Everytime I call they promptly to return my call and get my home taken care of quickly. They are always up front with their pricing and service and always do their best to exceed customer service expectations.
