Jose did a great job on my tattoo of my daughters name on my forearm! It was quick, painless, and looks beautiful! I can’t wait to show my little princess :)

This is a great place! ! I came in to get a nose ring taken out that was put in with the wrong size stud by a place in Colorado and Ernie took care of me! ! I will be definitely back! !

A friend recommended Serv at Top Rocker Tattoo and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my tattoo. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and is a true artist. Serv took the time to work out my design idea and he made it simply beautiful. Very clean line-​work and a gentle touch. The shop itself was very clean with a really cool, fun vibe. I will definitely come back to expand on my other tattoo soon. Also, while I did not have a cover-​up, it is my understanding that he does excellent cover-​ups. You’ve GOTTA check this place out!!!

This is my go to spot! Duck does my work and he is amazing. Highly recommend getting work done from him. The other artists also do a great job. I’ve recommended Duck to anyone who asks where I get my work done. Also, three of my friends have gone and gotten work from Duck as well and all are satisfied and returning customers! Excited to continue getting tattoos from here… I currently have 22 tats and 4 from Duck :)

Ernie and the staff at Top Rocker Tattoo are top notch. I came in to to get a tattoo retouched and updated and Ernie exceeded my expectations. He was able to design a CUSTOM piece for me on the spot, which not many tattooers out there can do. The shop set up is clean and the art is second to none. Go check them out for all of your tattoo needs!

I have been looking for an amazing artist out here in Glendale Az… to trust with my face, & get my eyebrows done/​fixed and Ernie exceeded my expectations & did an amazing job! I was referred to Earnie by friends and since then I’ve referred him many times. My beautiful tattoos speak for themselves. I get complimented on them all the time & asked where I got them. I always say go to Top Rocker Tattoo you won’t be disappointed! Earnie is a legit artist which you can tell by his amazing paintings at the shop. I also got my nose pierced there. Mr. Grooves & the whole staff are super cool. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo or piercing you seriously won’t find a better place

Came in to get a cover up done. Great atmosphere with artwork hanging all around. It was clean and the staff was great. Ernie did a great job covering my old tattoo with what I envisioned. He was patient with me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend coming here to get work done, they take pride in what they do!

This place is the most cleanest most professional and most friendly tattoo shops I’ve ever stepped foot in! The staff greeted me right away and were able to get me in for a consultation immediately. My artist Ernie is amazing he is a true artist and takes so much pride in his work. I highly recommend this place!

Ernie ServOne Rojas is one of the best artists around. He does amazing line work and is a all around awesome guy! Really enjoyed getting my leg piece from him and the matching piece with my dad. He does solid work and I can promise you won’t be disappointed with the work or the atmosphere! Will be doing much more work with him once I can get the money together!

I like to think of myself as a tattoo connoisseur as I am quite covered in ink … I’ve been under the needle by many an artist … so, I believe I know what a great tattoo shop has to offer … And Top Rocker is the place. It’s not just the art (all tattoos are a representation of the artist) but, it is the atmosphere, the conversation, the temperature of the room, the music playing during the pain session, the personality of and the heavy or light touch of the artist, the healing technique/​process, the way you are greeted/​welcomed, no interruptions by walk ins, and yeah the price is important (but you get what you pay for) whether hourly or quoted total … and of course you gotta love the finished product that you will wear for life. Top Rocker fits the bill … Ernie is my artist and I’ve been seeing him for about 3 months now as we add and create to my skin an expression of his artistic ability as well as my desired tattoos. I plan on having a long relationship with Ernie … (no breaks ups for this gal).
We work great together and he produces what I imagine.
Ernie is currently designing a chest piece for my husband … «It’s a Process» … he says. Agreed … as I’m sure it will be exactly what we want …
I gave a 5 star rating because Top Rocker Tattoo … deserves it.

Had a great experience! I just got a belly button piercing and they did a great job. They were closing and they still took me in. Theyre very nice and even though i was acting like scaredy cat, they comforted me and assured me it wasnt nearly as painful as i thought. And it wasnt! The piercing was fast and i was out in five minutes! Plus, only thirty bucks!

When I first walked in, I noticed the music and how it was perfectly different from the metal or emo I’m used to in other shops. Then, hoping not to be turned away since I had not scheduled an appointment, Janette greeted me and assured me I would be seen in the same day! Ernie was an awesome artist and very educated on the style of artwork I chose (Japanese Traditional) not to mention the rest of the staff was welcoming and kind throughout the entire process. I would not only recommend Top Rocker Tattoo for the great result of your tattoo but also for the overall experience!

My two friends and I had decided to get tattoos to commemorate the passing of our friend. We are all forty year old suburban moms and not really what folks might envision as the «tattoo types.» Ernie had been recommended to me. When my friends and I met him for an initial consultation he couldn’t have been more calm, confident, and professional. We immediately felt at ease and trusted his artistry. The day of the tattoo he proved his talent with not only with the amazing tribute tattoos he had designed for us but the way in which he placed the tattoos — truly knowing where they would look best. We all adore the lasting tribute Ernie helped create for us and couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Worst service ever! My husband and I went there with tattoo designs and cash in hand. The artist was sitting at the front desk taking a personal call and messing with his Facebook page! He never looked up or acknowledged us at all. After 15 minutes of this we finally walked out and took our money elsewhere.

I got a tattoo here a few years ago so I’m just making my review off of that. First off, lovely location and upon visiting family I thought it would be a great place to get a tattoo. The man who booked my appointment was very nice and set me up with an artist. To this day, I don’t think either of them gave me his name.
I showed up to the shop to get my tattoo, a simple script piece on the side of my wrist. I will also say the shop was clean and very well put together. However, my artist did not listen to me at all and the resulting tattoo is a disaster. The ink blew out, half the design came off in two days, and once transferred onto my skin he tattooed it a size too small. I was not happy, but was upset enough to just go home. I returned a few weeks later in hopes of getting the blown out part fixed and was told it was my fault. I was offended because I have other tattoos and some in quite difficult to heal areas and they’ve done swimmingly.
Now, years later people see the tattoo and think it’s fake or something I got done in a garage. I’m very embarrassed by it. I sincerely hope this unnamed artist was fired since I’m just over it and won’t ever be back.

Went in with my fiancé for her first tattoo. we have known her artist, Ernie, for a few years but we just never wanted any tats. The time came for her to want one and we knew who we wanted. when it came to the day of her appointment, we arrived early and the front desk assistant was nice. Ernie was very patient with my fiancé. she wanted a perfect tattoo especially this being her first one and that’s exactly what she got with him. top rocker is a good place for some ink. you went be disappointed.

Went there on Friday the 7^th to check about availabilty and prices. Very resonable and accomodating. I wanted 4 little tattoos in various places. Came in the next day and they were ready to go. Very fast and efficent… and the tattoos are beautiful! Duck is the man!
My daughter also go one and it turned out wonderful. She is very pleased with the work.
I have 3 more I plan on getting and I will head back here to get them.
