We’ve been looking for a local place to call home for a while and popped in here. It’s warm, friendly with delicious food made fresh. But it’s as much about the people as it is the food. We like to chit chat with the owners and play Keno. We’re regulars!

This is neighborhood bar/​pub type of place that is on a «main road» (Actually Main St). in a small plaza. The inside is bigger than you might expect from the outside. The dining room extends to the back wall. The bar is right of the dining room and it’s shorter than the dining room. It’s small maybe 8 seats and small tables towards the front of the building. The booths have TVs.
They have a short line of taps, one designated for Sam’s Seasonal, they have 22 oz beer glasses.
I had a cheeseburger I think it was a 6 or 8 oz. It was very good no frills but way better than a Mikey D’s or BK burger. In fact I’m designating this as proper a «pub-​burger». The fries were special, they had skin on just one side and they were a skinny steak cut. There were fried crispy, I nearly ate all of them, I usually don’t carb up but they were so good.

Firstly– I’ve never met a pizza I didn’t like… Except this one. My boyfriend and I ordered a BBQ pizza over the phone. When ordering, we mentioned twice– please NO SCALLIONS. When we were done with our order we were told it would be a 25 minute wait… No big deal right? We got there 25 minutes later to pick up our pizza to find out that they forgot to give the order to the kitchen, so it wasn’t started yet. We were polite, sat down and waited in the dingy dirty dining area and were finally brought our pizza by a sloppy waitress in leggings and slippers. We get the pizza home and the first thing we notice, plenty of scallions. Not only that, but there was barely any chicken and there was nothing BBQ about it. Moral of the story, gross soggy food, bad service and dirty place with a crappy atmosphere. Never again.

Wings. Are. Amazing! I had a
certificate to this place and so I decided to check it out with my boyfriend the other night. We had such a hard time deciding on what to get, and we were sad that they were out of our first choice item, but everything that we ordered was so excellent that we can hardly complain! From the mixed drinks we ordered to the pork rinds and fall of the bone ribs, we were in love with every bite! We can’t wait to go back to try dessert!

I ordered the Champion Nachos with pulled pork.

The food wasn’t all that bad they make this home made fried chicken which wasn’t bad at all, they really seem to take pride in the chicken they make yet they give you this pre packaged dipping sauce with the chicken fingers you order. The service was really slow when we went and the place was dead. Also I’m pretty sure the owner was trashed, only reason I’m giving two stars is because the food wasn’t half bad but I probably wouldn’t return to this place.

My dinner plans this past Friday actually started with dessert. I had dreams of getting some ice cream from Doc Davis in Pepperell and quickly googled restaurants in the area. Depot Sports Grille seemed to have it all, bbq, burgers, pizza, italian and fried seafood dinners. We decided to give it a try. Our waitress, Donmarie, was a hoot and was just the right amount of attentive. We both ordered bbq dinners which came with two sides. The bbq was the star, but I thought the side could have been better. The asparagus was a bit water logger and the mac and cheese sauce was a little thin. Fortunately, the waitress brought me mashed potatoes and gravy accidentally, and they were quite tasty, They have Yuengling on tap and tvs galore if you want to catch a game. Prices were reasonable ($ 15.99 for a half rack of ribs and a half chicken with two sides). This place was good and I would give it another try if I’m in the area.
