My wife and I order takeout from here about twice a month. The quality has progressively went down hill. The last 3 times I asked for and was charged for extra stuff that I did not receive. It was notated correctly on receipt but the quality control is lacking. I even took the time to point out the previous discrepancies when I ordered and it didn’t make a difference. When I spoke with manager she said they were training a lot of new people. I guess before you make assumptions of what used to be maybe be prepared for what now is.

Sadly, Jed’s has gone considerably downhill the past few years, and our recent trip will be our last. The service has been sub-par for a while but this past visit the food also hit rock bottom. Jed’s was always the winner among Ralphie’s, Frickers, and BW3 because of the quality of the food, and enough to make up for the horrible servers(cuteness only goes so far, girls.) The restaurant also appeared disheveled and dirty. Such a shame.

This place sucks balls, pun intended. Food cold and service sucks. As others pointed out the waitresses hang out in the corner on their phones or focus on doing their closing chores such as pulling up mats and placing chairs on tables. Overall lame experience, won’t be back.

By far the worst Jeds in the tri-state area. Always poor customer service, over priced everything and shitty portions. Just go to BW’s or the Jeds on Reynolds rd.

Worst service ever and food made us sick and our order apparently got forgotten as 2 other party’s that ordered after us were served before us. Jed’s us to be our stop on our way thru from Fort Wayne but may have to find a new place.

Waited almost ½ hour. Only customers waiting(party of 2). A group of 3 came in knew hostess and she said oh you can sit here. We went in weekly before and always get seated in the first available table. The other hostess just said they had a bigger party. The manager was to busy to even offer a solution. The food is average. They are not worth the wait or money.

Jed’s has been one of my favorite restaurants for over 10 years now. This Perrysburg location has had the best quality of food and service compared to the other locations. The food is absolutely amazing, the HangoverBalls are my favorite item on the menu. They are boneless chicken chunks(Fireballs) cover in the sauce of your choose and topped with tater tots, bacon, cheese, green peppers, and onions. They have plenty other creative choices for specialty Fireballs. The menu is fairly large and I have not had anything there that I haven’t liked. To top it off, it’s a great place to have a drink and catch the games. If you are traveling through the area or just haven’t tried Jed’s yet, I would strongly urge you to try it out. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

This is my first time here and based on my first impression it will be my last. Ordered draft beer with a couple of lines and they delivered what has to be the driest limes on the planet. Waitress is way too busy to check on how things are so don’t come here expecting good customer service.

I love this place! I live in Michigan, I have friends that live near Jed’s best chicken ever the fireballs are better then Buffalo Wild Wings by far! Wish they open one by my place in Fraser! Been here plenty of times and can’t get enough of it! I crave this place when I am in Michigan an can’t wait to come here to eat! The service is great to, the girls are good looking an everything about this place is amazing! A+++ an 5 stars

Not the best experience — I doubt I’ll be back. Service was slow, waitress didn’t know the menu, and Fireball Gyro sandwich was dry.

Ok… over the last several years my wife and I made this a regular place to eat. As we visited more and more we have seen the service decline. Never seems to be the same wait staff as before. With the constant turn over … service has appeared to take a dive. Several time we need to ask who and when someone was going to take our order. Finally walked out the other day have NOTGONEBACK. Been spending my money at Fricker’s. Can’t wait till Quaker Steak and Lube comes to town.
