Horrible communication between here & the Edison branch. Hey Edison… if you schedule an appointment in your Perth Amboy location make sure you send the info you tell the patient they need. Atrocious customer service. 1 star only because I have to give a rating

What a yoke. Total waste of my time. Spent over to hours to contact them and only got voice mails. When finally reached someone, twice was transferred back to voice mail.
it was like they do not care for business. finally decided to go to someone else.

I went here for the first time, thinking that they would be better than LensCrafters (where I went before this). Also went because they took my insurance. Some LensCrafters take it and some don’t.
LensCrafters gave a more thorough eye exam. Santamaria did not test for colorblindness or peripheral vision & found a problem with my eyes (besides glasses) but didn’t bother to give me any information about it. I was a little disappointed.
They claim to have the latest equipment, but LensCrafters had equipment that eliminated having to dilate the eyes & they did not.
All of the people were friendly and courteous.
Wait time for my appointment was about an hour (after the scheduled time).
