I’ve been using this business on and off for 20yrs or close to. I’m always treated well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Fees have gotten a little more competitive but that’s ok. I love you guys and hope you’re open in Petaluma for years to come.

I give them no stars!!! No charge out of pocket for tax return. Is a joke. With employees lack of knowledge in filling out tax forms cost me $ 141 and they filed me as a single. I am head of household with dependent renters credit and grant credit. I found the mistake when I compared with Turbo tax. They said they would amend and they are dragging their feet! So to IRS building to get forms and take care of this myself. Dont let them do your taxes!!!
