So where do I begin. We have been having issues with our panels since October and still no resolution. You cannot even call Enphase, they want you to go through who installed them. But when our contact from the company that installed the panels try to reach out to them for help, they blow her off and are very unprofessional. We had an inverter replaced and now we have more panels that are no longer reporting and the one with the new inverter no longer works. But do you think we can get any one to come out and figure out what is going on. Absolutely no response from Enphase, if this is how they do business, I’m going to make sure that anyone I know looking into Solar, I will be sure to tell them to stay far far away from Enphase.

We have Enphase inverters on our house that were professionally installed 3 years ago. The connectors used by Enphase began getting brittle and falling open. Enphase says it’s environmental issue and offered 0 support. On top of that the higher support rep was the type of person I can’t describe in this post. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
