García Landscaping

We called Garcia Landscaping to get an estimate on a very small lawn replacement in our back yard. The yard was already well landscaped, but needed the lawn and some cosmetic updates in order for it to look as good as ever. We received a very competitive bid, and after talking about what was included and involved, asked Esteban to do the job for us. He and his crew, Antonio and Luis, replaced ALL of the old, very inefficient sprinkler (pipes and) heads, and actually enlarged the drip system to maximize the efficient use of water. We asked that he keep the shape of the lawn as before, and put in metal edging.
As you can see from the image under his business header, it turned out very nicely indeed. The crew spread bark as before, for mulching, moisture retention and weed suppression. The finished product is just beautiful, and these guys did a terrific job on this tired looking back yard.
I had some questions about the initial amount of water needed for this small lawn, but I called for a suggestion from the turf company, and combined with Esteban’s advice on that suggestion, we’re in business.

We had Esteban and his crew out to do the tough first steps of re-​landscaping a thoroughly overgrown property. The guys were on time, worked hard the whole time and did a fabulous job transforming a mess of dead and overgrown vegetation into a clean property ready to plant with beautiful new landscaping. Despite having to remove lots of blackberry at the roots, the never complained or faltered and powered through a tough, demanding job. They charged reasonable rates given the level of experience and knowledge. We will definitely have these guys back when we need help with our landscaping in the future!
