Harry And David is great. I have been ordering from them for years. Yeah sure they do the standard Gift box/​Basket swap where it looks like you are getting more than you really are, but that’s no surprise, actually its pretty common with gift basket stores. The best is the royal riviera pears. They always come on time and are delicious.

Watch out for these guys. Their pictures show tins overflowing with goodies, but when I opened the «Moose Munch» I ordered for Christmas, I found four smallish plastic packages of the stuff, hardly filling half of the tin. Mind, this was after I paid eleven dollars for conventional shipping, plus five dollars in taxes, in addition to the forty bucks I paid in front– totaling fifty-​five bucks for not much. I haven’t tasted the stuff yet– my wife requested it, so what are you gonna do?- but however good it tastes, it doesn’t change the fact that both their advertising and packaging are highly deceptive, promising much more than you’re going to get. Would it have killed them to fill the tin? Let the buyer beware.
