Theresa has been doing my mom’s taxes for years. Last year, my mom began suffering from some cognitive/​memory issues due to a stroke. Theresa was extremely proactive in getting paperwork from my mom and filing an extension when needed. When we were finally able to gather all of the necessary paperwork, she had someone go to my mom’s house to get signatures instead of mailing the forms. She thought it might be confusing since there were so many places to sign. She has always done a great job on our taxes (she did mine one year as well) and she’s just a kind person.
