I couldn’t have been more impressed with our experience with Shamrock. Debbie handled our request for an inspection promptly and graciously, and accommodated multiple requests from me for a potential scheduling change. Tom Dempsey did our inspection, and you could not convince me there is a better home inspector anywhere. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and great to work with, but even went beyond that to teach us about why something was built the way it was or why a certain issue had appeared — I was very impressed! And the report we received was outstanding, with color pictures and clear descriptions that actually lined up with the pictures, which was very helpful. I’d very highly recommend Shamrock.

We completed our home inspection with Colin Sturrock yesterday and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. We had out first home inspection with Colin Sturrock and he was absolutely amazing! Very professional, polite and friendly! The report Colin put together for us is beyond what we expected! It has lots of pictures, pointing red arrows, everything was color-​coded and had explanations that were very easy to understand. We were amazed how fast the report was emailed to us. We had our inspection on Mon from 2−5pm and the report was ready next day at 8am.

Had Colin Sturrock do my home inspection. Although he is new to home inspecting, he comes with over 15 years hands on construction experience and was mentored by Tom, who is well known as the best of the best. Colin was awesome. He very clearly explained everything. He was patient with my questions and answered them thoroughly. He didn’t rush or cut corners. His experience as a contractor really showed as he was able to explain different construction methods and what method was used when my house was built.
