We received flowers from you all last Thursday April 30th for our 50th anniversary. I wasn’t home when you delivered and didn’t want them left on the porch in the heat so we picked them up. There were some pretty flowers but even though I topped off the water that night the rose sprays which were cut really short were completely wilted the next morning and the snapdragons in two days. The flowers should have lasted longer. Even one of the alstramerias wilted. The carnations, a few daisys and the filler lasted. Anyway I gave up and took the arrangement apart finally. And, I’m all for saving $$ but when I washed the vase the Goodwill sticker was still on there! I read in the comments you wished you had been contacted before someone left a review and I understand that as things do happen. I worked for a florist at one point and the owner always wanted to know if they felt something wasn’t right. My husband ordered some Valentine’s Day flowers, when I received them on Tuesday, the lillies were already wilting, by Wednesday the daisies were also wilting. I called the florist to let them know. The lady that answered told me the manager would call when she returned. As of Thursday afternoon I have not yet received a phone call. I know fresh flowers don’t last forever, but for $ 70, they should last more than one day. So sad and disappointed

I have used Bloomin for over 15 years. This is the first florist I even consider calling, I have used them for birthdays, anniversaries and funerals. They never disappoint. Family owned and operated is an added bonus. They have adorable gifts in the store as well.

My deceased husband used Bloomin’ Across Texas for years. So when the occasion arose I looked them up on the internet. There online delivery service was listed as Flower Delivery Express. To make things easy, I decided to visit them personally. I didn’t have my readers, but the salesclerk seemed to know nothing about the prices of the flowers. I had to crawl into the compartment to get a closer view of the prices while the woman stood there dumbfounded. Finally retrieving two vases the woman told me thought I wanted them that day. As those were the only flowers they said they had, I gave up at went to order them online. Delivery cost me just as much as the flowers, plus they added a surcharge! By the end of the day after Mother’s Day, the flowers still hadn’t arrived! Naturally, all I could get was an automated answering service. Now my husband and I have to spend all night wondering if my credit card has been compromised.

I was out of town when my daughter had an unexpected stay in a hospital. I selected the bouquet I ordered online because it was the only one with bold colors. I did not want the softer colors seen in most bouquets. When I said it was okay to modify the arrangement when necessary, I assumed they would keep the original intent. Instead the bouquet she received had no bold colors & looked exactly like what I had tried to avoid. In addition the arrangement was poorly done. Not very pretty.

I always try to start off with the positive. The good news is that my son placed his order for prom late because whoops! it just slipped his mind that he needed a corsage. They were very accommodating and very easy to place and pick up order. Now to the other side. The boutonnière and corsage were pink roses, and all five of the roses were bruised. At 10 dollars a rose approx. I don’t expect the flowers to brown tipped. My son didn’t complain at the time because he doesn’t like confrontation and by the time I got back to the store they were closed. They close at 2pm on Saturdays. Otherwise the corsage was fine, nothing special, just a bunch of roses with some ribbon and tulle. We could have done better at HEB
