Returning from overseas and in need of an apartment without delay, I was recommended by a center city real estate firm to see Yennie at 917 Arch Street. Yennie made the transition easy and stress free. The apartment was more than I expected and my experience in Chinatown thanks to Yennie getting me settled so quickly was just great.
When my lease was finished the move out was easy and my security deposit returned promptly.

Poor management. Yannie, the property manager, should find another line of work because she absolutely doesn’t care about the tenants. Even while looking at properties in the building she had a very unenthusiastic attitude about everything. However, the only reason why I stayed here was because I was able to sublet one room for $ 750.00 in the heart of c-town as I settle into my new job in center city. I will not be renewing my lease. This place is nowhere near «luxury.»
